Cut but gain

Hey all so a while ago I did test and Tren and screwed up my pct and ended up putting body fat on after the cycle, due to low test, I have a layer of fat around he bottom of my abs
I was wondering what I would need to do now to lose that and have a full 6 pack again, I'm currently on test e 500mg a week, and might be adding d Bol or stanna in,
Im also doing light cardio every day, but eating over maintenance to gain muscle. Will my
Body fat decrease from cardio or should I try a keto diet?
If I did a keto diet, and got to the leanness I want, if I started to eat over maintenance would I put bldyfat back on or stay lean from the test?
 
Everybody is different, I know dudes who eat like complete ass and the compounds they're on keep them shredded. Then there's people like my buddy who never comes off and he's a f'n blob of mass
 
I'm running keto I'm in precontest prep if you want a full six pack you probably got to up cardio and be in a deficit test won't keep you lean only diet will
 
Yep easier said than done but its true. Consistency on the diet and cardio are key.
 
If u want abs I don't think you should add dbol in. Never used it but it is know to cause a good amount if water retention and bloat.
 
Do stay keto for long throughout the year or just for prep?? How do you find it on cycle?? Love the diet wondering how effective it will be with Osta Andro 1 stack for lean bulk?? Thanks :)

I don't find keto good for any type of bulk I only run it when I need to get to very low bf%
 
How do you go about bulking then?? Interested because it's hard to find people that are keto :/ Be good to get advice from someone who knows how to use to cut and see what they do for bulking :)

Bulking is simple it's all about eating above maintenance. I'll use liss to keep fat gain to a minimum and add in healthy fats
 
Ok cool thanks. Have you any specific rules you follow while bulking?? You take in most of your kcals from carbs??
 
Cycling/running/swimming/rowing etc at a low intensity are all good LISS examples. You want to do anywhere from 20-60 mins dependant on fitness levels and amount of fat to lose. Idea is not to burn yourself like HIIT (high intensity interval training AKA the opposite style of training). LISS is
the preferred type of cardio for heavy dieting as your not killing yourself at an already difficult time - just helping the process along. Crunches wouldn't be considered cardio, just for ab development. Hope this helps dude :)

Helps a ton since i do nearly 0 cardio . Except walk and chase my kids at the Park
 
So long as your chasing your kids at a steady pace for half an hour or so you should be good :P ha. Forgot to mention if your aiming for LISS you want to train around 50-70% of your Max Heart Rate (220-your age). Any other questions just ask :)

Nice thanks a bunch . When i was on alpha one 3 caps my resting heart beats per min was 110 imagine that .
