I did 2 today around 10am and I could have taken a nap after my workout lol. I burnt off all the energy real fast with my cardio

I wouldn't take this that late unless you are accustom to talking stims late at night. Especially if you need to sleep.

This is how I am, usually. I would never risk taking Stimul8 late though.
