JoeDoubleDose's LGD & OL UK's CARDAR1NE DemiGod Cycle

What's up everyone , so my weight has kind of stalled for this week sitting at 190 today I decided to up the dose of the LGD to 10 mg ED and hopefully that'll help me pack on these last couple of pounds in the coming days , GW is giving me really good endurance I'm able to still hit the punching bag for allot longer than usual , and it's helping me stay energized because I'm starting to get lethargic from the LGD . Later tonight I'm gonna see what my new leg press 1RM is . I've define you been seeing good changes within the last week I still look fuller and fuller by the day and my abs are becoming more pronounced . Crap. I just ordered Cardar1ne with my Legend. Not sure this is in line with my goals.

The effects are very minimal, I run gw during pct and really don't lose any strength. I wouldn't worry about it effecting your performance or ability to gain strength

You train almost exclusively with lower reps, correct? You'll likely be fine (and I say 'likely' only because I detest speaking in absolutes). The fibre conversion would typically occur most noticeably if one were training almost exclusively with higher reps; as you probably know, this is a process that tends to occur regardless of ones supplementation. In this scenario, its possible that GW could accentuate the 'use-it-or-lose-it' principle.

What drew you to Cardar1ne in the first place?

I am finding it very, very hard to get lean and get strong concurrently. So I am enlisting chemical help. I am using the LGD-4033 and it seems to be helping. My bench has been stagnant for over a year and in the last month I've added 30 lbs to it. (I was literally unable to bench 225 for the last year because I'm not built to bench -- or lift -- and I'm getting old...now I can do rep 235).) I'm planning to use the GW toward the last couple weeks of my LGD cycle as I approach my first powerlifting meet in over five years. Hoping it will help me make weight while staying strong...and help me look better overall. There are revealing pics of me over in my log and you can see I need to cut from 20% bodyfat down to 10%.

I was going to say, if I were in your position, I would be hesitant about running GW prior to a meet. Personally, Id leave it for another time, simply because you havnt run it before, and there are too many confounds involved. Further, that you are wanting to reduce BF, I imagine this could have a significant impact on your particular situation, with strength loss due to kcal deficiency a potential consideration.

You may end up finding GW has no negative impact on strength, but again, I wouldnt risk the adverse by trialling it before a meet when you need to be at peak.

Your call obviously, though.
 
I'm mainly using the GW for its endurance benefits , LGD seems to be lowering my body fat on its own :)

Good points. I was torn about using just before the meet or just after when I will need to take a couple weeks off after peaking using a Smolov base. Plus it's my first IPA meet and I'm taking full advantage of the 24-hour weigh in to come in a good 5 lbs over my weight class anyway.

LGD alone is having a profound effect on my bench, which is going to be competitive /non-shameful for the first time ever. I think it's because of thr shoulder girdle's high AR density. LGD is making me "look like I lift."

I'm still at 190 (up 10lbs) I do look more defined each day like body fat is going down , I update everyfriday with pics and status
 
Morning everyone , haven't been able to check the scale yet but I will when I get a chance today and update . So far it looks like my bulk has turne di to a recomp though as the majority of the weight I gained has been the first 5 weeks of the cycle and now it seems I'm maintaining weight while losing body fat which still to me is awesome . My cycle ends August 25 so not too much longer . I've been doing a push pull leg split but decided last week to change it up much like Dma378 routine and instead I do push pull legs 6 days in a row starting with the first three days being all hypertrophy then the next three days focusing on strength so my reps change from 3 sets of 12-15 on hypertrophy to a 5x5 on strength days. I'm extremely vascular and the pumps are still great , I also started adding about 3 grams of L arginine on strength days PWO and it really is a noticeable difference for me pump wise . Can't wait to try and bust out these last few days and try to pack atleast 2-3 lbs on if possible . As for the cardarine my endurance is still through the roof I'm focusing allot more on striking speed instead of form know when I box and the cardarine is helping me do just that which is keep going . I'm very happy I decided to put it in my stack for this run and will definitely be using it in my next cycles to cum especially come spring time . Here's some photos and I'll update weight and add a video later . Happy Friday and remember no days off !
 
Heck yea bro!!! Yea ive been bad and added He early hehe. Im on 14mg along side my 8mg LGD. Im also gonna throw in TREST start in the 31st and run it to the end of my cycle.
 
Very nice ! Yeah the gw for me is a great boost when it comes to anything involving cardio , I'm following your log to watch your progress
 
At the end of this I will let everyone know how much weight I've put on certain lifts watc and give a before after comparison

Oh, by all means, do it. I'm a big fan of the RAD-140/Halodrol/Furazadrol stack. In week 2 I noticed some back pumps and cramping, which has since disappeared. Now I'm left side effect free as far as I can tell! My right shoulder I injured 9 years ago is actually feeling better, I'm able to Overhead Press a weight with ease that used to hurt, which I attribute more to the RAD than the other two compounds. And I know for certain the RAD is responsible for my improved sleep, as it started during week 1 before I introduced Halo/Furaza. It's been a good time, I highly recommend it, buddy!

^^^^This!! Nice V-taper for sure. And your vascularity puts mine to shame bro!!! Gotta love it.

As for the routine, man this combo has made more progress for me in a short amount of time than any other split. Hope it treats you well.
 
It's deffiniatky doing its thing , when I first started lifting push/pull/legs just as hypertrophy gave me the best gains out of any routine I've ever done ! So time to turn it up a notch!
