Been waiting to try this out for a while now. Profile is solid & perfect for adding to PCT.
 
What is your preferred method of training, and why is it that? 5/3/1 Cubed.. I call it RAM³..B/c it makes me STRONG.. I mix in some DoggCrapp training on Arms and Shoulders, but stick to 531 for the BIG 3. I just rotate them like the Cube Method. So all my Heavy days are not in the Same Week. I can go longer before needing to deload.

I usually use a mix of heavy training like 5/3/1 with some higher rep time under tension training. Prefer a 3 to 4 day workout with some conditioning days added in. Battle ropes, sledge hammer, kettle bells, sled, jump rope and sprinting.
I will be starting a PCT the 1st of September so this would be a good supplement to try along with my Serm.

Doing a version of Layne Norton's PHAT routine leading up to my first powerlifting meet on Sept 26. Ill be finishing up my first osta run at the end of this month, already put on 6lbs!

Gonna have to extend this promo for longer. We don't want anyone selected to stack this with another test booster as the two would compete and nobody would know which is doing what

So how about saving Viron for a later time? I'm more interested in this product ATM. I know what to expect from longjack.

that would work if you save viron for a later time (after alphamax).

I will keep this open until friday to see if anyone else wants to apply then pick a winner

i do intense cardio in the morning and heavy pl in the afternoons. I like this because it helps me stay lean and my strenght still has barely ever plateued at 28 y/o so i guess im doin somethin right
