First Pinning Cycle Log

I like the advice mixedup gave. If youre gettin the results @60mg, why bump it until you need to? Plus you end up getting a longer run with results still coming. Obviously, thats your own gauge on the results.

Of course! The only thing set in stone is that I will be going from 40-60mg.

I do some heavy cycles but I'm actually very conservative with my new people I start alot out on 250 to 375mg test ew and 25mg var ed.

You take that and give me 16 weeks with one of my nutrition guys we can have you looking like a fitness model.

I have ran two oral only cycles before so I have an idea of what my body can handle oral wise. But you're right, no need to up it any higher than 60mg if it's doing its job!

I'm pretty sure a guy at my old gym used coke and halotestin as a pre workout. He was super skinny, walked around all crazy, uses every machine in the gym as a super set, and he could do the seated calf raises with like 450 pounds.
 
Thanks guys. Third pin down, it's my second one with 1.75ml. I didn't get the chance to warm the oil and it was a shaky job again, it was kinda rushed. My other glute is finally starting to lose the PIP. It looks like it may be another crippled couple days! Lol
 
Rushed is never good.

Well the actual injection wasn't rushed.. The set up was. She had a hard time pushing the oil in this time since it wasn't heated, so she had to move her hand and use both thumbs to inject so it caused some movement. It wasn't as shaky as the first glute injection though. The quad injection is doing 100x better than the first glute. Lol

I went and did some legs right after the pin to try and help it out. I did a lot of light sets to get the blood pumping and help disperse the oil.
 
One thing I have noticed is I seem to be in a better mood lately. It could be just knowing that I am on Test and Tbol, but I have not felt like this on my previous two oral only cycles.

I most likely will add in at for 4-6 weeks at the end. I like my oral Tren run so I can't wait to try out the real deal.

I did chest and some triceps today for about an hour and a half.. I don't really like being in there for that long but it wasn't bad. My shoulders always get worn out way before my chest so I need to work on that.

I still have PIP from the very first pin in my right glute, it's a little ridiculous. It's not hot, swollen, or red so I think it was just me being excited and nervous and shaking quite a bit. There's none in my left quad from the Prop only shot on Friday. And there's actually none so far from the Cyp and Prop shot from yesterday.

I woke up at 189.4 pounds which is one pound up from Friday. Tbol is up to 60mg starting today and I got my Taurine today, after fighting a black widow in the mail box lol so I'm going to dose that at 8-10g a day to be safe, I hate back pumps more than anything. They ruin my work outs.

Yeah. I was very surprised the back pumps started so early for the epi/halo run. It was like day four. I was doing deadlifts, and good lord. I was like, oh that's what those are. Started the Taurine at 6g per day. Haven't felt them since.

Yeah I got them pretty bad on my last two cycles. I never got any taurine though. I could do one bent over row at the beginning of my work out and I'd be screwed the rest of the day.
 
I've been sleeping off and on ever since I got home from the gym, I'm not sure why I'm so tired.

I have noticed that my biceps still seem full even though they haven't been worked since Saturday.
 
I forgot to mention that earlier my balls were aching pretty bad for a few minutes.

Yes, just started it today. I saw something about that earlier today. It would be pretty cool if it works for that as well.

I went to the gym today on my break from work so I was in a little bit of a hurry. I was planning on doing back, but I got there and most everything I need was taken up and I didn't have time or feel like waiting so I just hit some arms really quick. There's nothing new to note lately.

I think I am going to steal Daniels previous split and I will be starting it tomorrow with the pull hyper day. Tomorrow will be seven days in a row at the gym. I haven't been wanting to miss a day but everything is sore and feeling weak. Hopefully my back will have had enough rest for tomorrow.

I'm not sure on what work outs and sets and everything I will do just yet, I haven't had the time to sit and figure it out. I have a hard time arranging shoulders and traps into my work outs if anyone has any input on that. Chest day kills my front delts, so I'm not sure how to schedule around that to fix it.

That's how I was thinking. That's basically how I did PHAT, the days are just switched up a bit.

I will most likely just keep track of the power days to make sure I'm progressing. I will still log hyper days on my phone just not as meticulous as power.

I used chains on bench the other day for the first time, it was a little weird but I loved them!

The amount of exercises for each area is decreased due to the need to hit many areas in one session, but the intensity is up, and super sets are a must to get it all in. Plus hitting them again in just a few days decreases the need to kill each group.

That's how I like it. I'm not really enjoying this one body part per day thing.
 
Did my first delt injection tonight. It went pretty smooth, it burned a bit with the last .4ml going in but that's about it. My girlfriend thinks I'm a weirdo, she said I get all excited and like a little kid everytime it's time do to a pin. Lol
 
Oh and no AI use yet. I have felt a little irritation in my nipples every once in a while, but it's most likely all in my head and just from the changes in hormones. I'm going to hold out until I really need it.

I think I was having some shin pumps today at work. I've never had them before but it felt like shin splints from just standing there.
 
Test Prop is always a pain in the a$$ - pun intended. I never found any that didn't ache for days after. Orals should kick in earlier but you probably won't hit your stride until 3-4 weeks in on the Test Cyp. Looks like a solid cycle. Good luck and keep us informed.

I woke up weighing 195 pounds this morning. That's six pounds in two days. Most likely because I woke up around 4:30am and had some cereal and went back to bed. Lol my calories have been around 3000-3200.

No real changes in libido or anything like that yet, maybe a slight increase but nothing crazy. I'm going to give the Prop a few more days to fully kick in. I keep forgetting to take my Cycle Assist, but I'm not too worried about it. My blood pressure has been good so far. I check it every couple of days. It usually around 130/70 give or take a few.

I have an off day from work today and I have physical therapy, so I will just hang out and do some back later on in the day when I get to the gym. I start the fall semester on the 17th. I only have classes twice a week, but I have a lab so my schedule those days is all messed up. Plus, the only Calc class was available at night so I will have a huge break in the middle of the day one day of the week. I'm not sure what I'm going to do about food and training those days yet. Most likely peanut butter sandwiches all day, which I'm perfectly okay with. Lol

I actually have a couple small ones I got for free lol I just take it at night so I always go to bed and forget to take it.
 
I started to get some PIP today from my last Cyp shot on Sunday.. I started my new schedule today. It was pull hypertrophy. I didn't have much of a plan going in. I went ahead and did some side delt work today to work the oil in the delt a little more, I'm not getting any PIP there so far. During the work out tonight I saw a couple veins look like they were wanting to pop out a little more than normal.
