I assume you mean the back out the knee and not the front. The front is rather thick skin.
 
Good point, I use a little on top, but a bit in the back. I have been really focusing on traps and delts lately.
 
traps and delts are a good spot, forearms wrists as well, and those are easiest generally
 
Ya i spread the remainder of product left on wrist all the way down forearm. I can tell you I think the strength is up!!!

Squats went amazing for me yesterday!

At my 90% which is 255lbs, It felt light all the way through, and I went a2g as always!!! I wanted more!!

The WOD SUCKED HARD! WOW! Took me 22:35 to complete.
 
I found the neck and clavicle is the best spot for transdermals.

Did you have rounds with that 90% squat? That'd blow lol
 
HA, just 3 rounds. so 3 reps. I was paired with someone who has a 10lb higher PR than me, and he said "you should re-test" as he was struggling with the last 2, and mine looked effortless. I felt very strong. But I did get a weird pain in my patella thats still present very mild though

I had 4 sets of 8 with 70% max +5lbs (230lb) not for time or anything, but it was brutal lol I had a pain in my right patella after squats yesterday as well!

Glad you're beginning to feel a slight strength increase mayne
 
Great we can be pain brothers! right knee has been a slight issue for a while now. Last night was ok.
I finally can do a good barbell clean!! and an ok jerk! My cleans were more like reverse curls and when I went to jerk, I would almost fall over as I knew I was lacking a ton of stabilizers.

I was able to clean and jerk 85lbs. Which I know seems light, but I was unable to even jerk the bar without struggling. I probably could have done more, but I have to be progressive. Also I was able to do several sets of handstand pushups for 2 reps, as where I was unable to do 1!! So I am getting stronger!

Good stuff. Well the bottle is now empty! The scale didnt move a whole lot, but I can see some certain leaning! I would say that this product does exactly as advertised!

** Joint relief **
** Reduced Doms **
** Leaning out with vacularity **
** Slight increase in strength **

The product was consistent until the last drop!
