How do I know it was good... Even my chest was pumped after every set I did 10 reps of bis and 10 reps of tries

Rest day today.
I woke up feeling like crap, sore throat and body aches but I shook it off took a half a scoop of Hercules and went to work, I am just now feeling a little bit better

Finally broke 475 on dead lifts. Belt on wrist straps present and I felt funny playing with the 5 lb weights but new pr sitting at 485 :)

My max has been sitting at 475 for a while now ( almost a year I think) But over the past 6 months I have been doing a lot of straight leg DL and I think that has helped a lot with my pulling power. I honestly felt that I could have hit the 500 mark today after 485 came up with less struggle than I thought but I decided to do more working sets after the 1 rep max pull.
 
So here was my leg session today
SL dead lifts
135X20
225X10
275X5

Reg dead lifts (over underhand grip)
315X5
365X5
405X3 ( belt on )
455X1 ( belt and straps)
485X2 ( belt and straps)

405X3X2 ( belt only)
315X5X2 ( no belt or straps)
225XX10X2

Quad extensions
70X30X4

Alternating seated to standing clave raises ( 10 min circuit 10 repsX10 reps continuous )

I hit up a full scoop today when I first got up there was not any stomach discomfort at all just good clean energy. Now lets see how my legs function for the rest of the day

Just a mixture of alternating bi's and tri's movements in the 15-20 rep range

I quickly wanted to note that I have been busting out with some backne, like HS status, so I think the formula in Hercules with the added DAA is helpful in raising natural test levels. As you may remember I was just coming off cycle when I started taking this so my natural levels were down

Hit up a shoulder and arm session with an additional 20mg of agma. Pump was a little stronger. It didn't mess with the energy at all tomorrow I'll try only adding in alcar and see how that effects Hercules
 
Hit up leg day and added in alcar I cant say I noticed anything initially. But I usually notice the benefits of alcar after taking it for a week or so. That being said I think I am going to be adding in 250-500mg of agmatine and the alcar for the duration of the experiment to see if they add in anything consistently extra.

Was wondering how your sleep has been since starting.
 
sleep has been unaffected but I work out in the AM around 8 so it has a chance to clear my system by the time I get ready for bed. And thanks man my legs are already getting doms

So new Gym no supplements for two weeks and my body doesn't feel like I got tossed through a meat grinder any more which is nice
I am now living an hour away from my work so I hit a quick but solid arm and shoulder work out. I swear I feel 10X's smaller but didn't feel like I lost too much strength but that is probably just my body dimorphia kicking in. I didn't take anything pre work out this morning because I wanted to see where my base line was.

Thoughts: My got it felt so good to be back in the gym I imagine it is like the drug addict that falls off the wagon for the first time. I think that was the first time in like 8 years where I have been forced to take off 2 weeks. I was itchen for some weight. On a side note does any one have a good recommendation on how to get rid of body acne. For what ever reason my shoulders back and upper arms are broken out as fck and I am less than stoked about it. Unless I am going through a second puberty ( which I would be ok with because that means my test levels are going to be super high again and... well... who the hell would not want that) I am not sure how to get rid of this ****. I have tried changing my body was not using sun screen anti achene soap and nothing is working so I am open to suggestions.

I tend to not use a lot of stuff, just dove body wash, lotion, and sunscreen. My face does get super greasy throughout the day and I calm that by not over washing it and leaving my natural oils. I have not had a breakout in a long time. I also think my glycolic wash is helping, too. :)
