Olympus Labs EP1C UNLEASHED! Next Generation Epicatechin!

So far, I've had 3 doses (2 PreWO,1 AM, 2 PreWO). The first 2 days were good. I felt stronger and more endurance.
Placebo?
Or is my other supplements helping?
Or is it just due to my hard work for last 4 months?
Call it whatever you want, but I like it.

Now on to my 3rd day....I took 2 PreWO + E9 + 2 Ulitmate T + 1,3D Nox by TBN Labs (junk).....45 mins later, I started to vomitted and dry heav which sucks b/c it started while I was in middle of warmup bench (luckily its a small gym at my work so nobody saw). I had to end my workout. I am no stranger to stims. I occasionally take a PreWO with DMAA and been on EC stack for last 2 months. 1,3D Nox was a sample that I had sitting around. I think that I vomitted due to 1,3D Nox. Warning: 1,3D Nox is junk and I will not take it again.

today is day #4 for me. I just consumed 2 PreWO + E9 + 2 Ulitmate T few mins ago and will go workout in about 30mins. I also just got a bottle of amentomax. I couldn't believe it was only for $16.99. I think I'll wait to try this. What do you guys think? Should I intorduce Amentomax into my supp diet? or wait until I am either done with Ep1C unleashed? or intoduce it near the end of my Ep1C run? Thanks in advance for listening and advice.

I say definitely wait a little while before introducing it as Im more than positive you will see results from it, I really love Amento! Now gauging your excercise capacity and current pumps will be a challenge daily as it is but you shall soon reap the rewards!

Back to me vomitting. It happened again yesterday with 2 PreWO + 2 Ultimate T + E9. But my vomitting was as violent as the previous day. So this morning I only 1 PreWO + 2 Ultimate T + E9 about 30 mins ago and now I feel like I need to mildly vomit. Not nearly as bad as yesterday, but still enough to question whether or not to continue. (I've been on Ult T for 1 months and E9 for 3 or 4 months)

Anybody else notices a slight urge to vomit when you first started taking Ep1c unleashed?

My voimit feeling goes away after about 30 mins. The only thing that I vomit is basically whatever fluids I just consumed and nasty taste of supplements. Whats strange, is I had no negative reaction from my first 2 days.

Give it a shot without preworkout. I have never experienced the want to vomit after taking ep1c unleashed.

Well then, stop taking it and see what happens. Maybe you could stop all supplements and add them back one at a time to isolate the cause.

Just got back from gym. Excellent chest workout.

I don't think I anything else going on... I will take 1 tomorrow with some food in my stomach. I don't want to give up on this product yet. If no more vomit with food, then next week I will bump up to 2 pills taken prior to working out.

Might be too many stims, take out the pre and see. I doubt EU would do anything like that but if it is the EU just dose it way before u lift.

It kinda is. Creatine can cause stomach discomfort and can be made worse by other things.
 
I was thinking you might have had a stomach virus, hopefully the vomiting goes away, for the sake of your future gains

hmmm.....you might be onto something..... I'll report back tomorrow after my 1 pill dose with little food in my tummy. I have a good feeling that I will feel fine.

You might want to consider dosing the UT away from your prewo dose of Ep1c.

Some herbal/compound combinations just dont sit together well on empty stomachs for some people. Ive experienced this myself (different products, though).

yesterday I only took 1 cap after little food for my 2nd gym session and wha la...no vomit sensation what so ever.

Today I still only took 1 cap with 1/2 quest bar and no issues.... I plan on continueing with 1 cap with bite of food for 5 more days and then bump to 2 cap with bite food.

Does anybody know if I am loosing out by taking with food?

Also the ingredients in e9 have shown to be more effective when taken with food, especially the creatine. Also the effect of e9 for the most part are not acute(this mean there is almost no immediate effects) there is some but not much. So you can take e9 at pretty much any time of the day and be good. I don't know what kinda preworkout you are taking. However, most preworkouts, that are decent, use pump ingredients that don't need to be taken on an empty stomach. Im just gonna assume this isn't the old school NO product or preworkout that used AAKG. Sure the stims will be stronger on an empty stomach, that's a given, but that could be apart of your puking situation. I cannot speak for the Ultimate T I'm not to familiar with its ingredients maybe USPlabsRep can pitch in on whether ingredients absorb better or worse on an empty stomach and if it can cause stomach issues.

PS I'm a little jealous of this stack it looks good. I have heard some good things about the Ultimate T.

The only thing that would be negatively affected by food is if you're using something like rauwolscine or yHcl, EC, any thing that should be taken in a fasted state and only works in the absence of insulin.

I have yet to use e9... I typically never use creatine but I want to try the form in e9 to see if it bloats me. I also have read that the ingredients in e9 are effective post workout, yet it is a "pre workout" ergogenic... So u can take it any time of day.. I am considering the benefits of splitting the dose to pre and post to maximize creatine absorption.

Thanks for detailed reply. I ended taking 2 caps EU + the rest of my stack without any prework nor stuns and 1 boiled egg. Had no vomit issued at all. I felt mentally great, strong and energized. Had great workout. I have tendinitis in both elbows so I wear compression cuffs (which GREATLY reduces pain) and had to take off 3/4 way in my workout because my arms were so pumped that it cutting too much blood. Believe me I am not complaining. I can not express how excited and relieved I am not that my vomit issues are gone.

Done with 1of2 Ult T bottles and my strength is climbing. I am sure it's from combo of 4 months hardwork at gym and my supps. I don't want this newbie gains to stop.

Repping for Orbit, felt compelled to grab a bottle of the new Unleashed oral caps and compare them to og Ep1c - wow. OL took a noticeably effective preWO booster and truly made it better. If 2 caps of Ep1c boosted my training before, Unleashed can only be described as supercharging. Better pumps, veins, faster increase in worm capacity than usual when ramping volume back up coming off a meet even while eating in a deficit cyclical keto protocol.
It's not a miracle; it's not steroids; it IS side-free as far as I can tell and DOES increase performance with routine use. Will be buying another bottle to continue for an additional 40 days.

I'm on (-)epi long term myself for the health benefits alone, and am particularly interested in the potential angiogenesis as I get older.

EP1C addicts anon. last night i had the exact same ridiclous endurance and fullness + huge pumps from all the volume i was doing, everything went up in weight just like i expected, im very consistent with my progression to so i can evaluate when something is working or not, i track my workouts and training volume every week, and self regulate but on ep1c i don't feel like stopping i might of been in the gym for 4 hours straight if i didn't say enough is enough lol, these are the same kinds of experiences i had with older epi products (when they did kick) and its amazing how well it works for boosting performance. i smashed back and did 20 sets of hypertrophy style training, then followed with some biceps, doing the smaller bodyparts like arms, epi works wonders every sets for bi's my reps went up from usually 8-7 reps on heavier straight barbell curls in which i do straight sets, to 13-14 reps with the same weight. it made it easy for me to just either do more sets or increase the weight, and if your a pump junkie like i am on hypertrophy days you will gobble up the volume and stick to 12-10 reps and go ham on the sets, did 6 sets of 12 with 45kg (99lb) and left it at that, arms were just as pumped as if i had used 2 scoops of high volume or heaps of pump products, if not similar to ArA pumps. overall passed the leg day test on the first time of use, now shined again on an upper body day. count me empressed :) grabbed some more right away. OL really stepped there game up with this, at first i was a non believer for a bit but im glad i jumped on it now.

Im glad you are now aware ;) literally i been soo bullish on Ep1c unleashed from as soon as i started beta testing it. Its actually a big reason I looked to become apart of the brand.

Enjoy it man, it only gets better with time.
 
Can't wait to crack my first bottle in another 2 weeks! Then I will have 4 weeks of ABE in me, then the EP1C (lifetime) run will begin haha.

I'll cycle ABE for 8 week periods on and off until my supply is gone to complement the EP1C. Should get good endurance, strength and size gainzzzz.

I've already got, either 4 or 6 bottles, or EP1C ready for me to begin, but if I have experiences like the above then I'll be jumping on another 4 pretty much straight away and keeping that stash stocked to the ceiling! ;)
 
EP1C addicts anon. last night i had the exact same ridiclous endurance and fullness + huge pumps from all the volume i was doing, everything went up in weight just like i expected, im very consistent with my progression to so i can evaluate when something is working or not, i track my workouts and training volume every week, and self regulate but on ep1c i don't feel like stopping i might of been in the gym for 4 hours straight if i didn't say enough is enough lol, these are the same kinds of experiences i had with older epi products (when they did kick) and its amazing how well it works for boosting performance. i smashed back and did 20 sets of hypertrophy style training, then followed with some biceps, doing the smaller bodyparts like arms, epi works wonders every sets for bi's my reps went up from usually 8-7 reps on heavier straight barbell curls in which i do straight sets, to 13-14 reps with the same weight. it made it easy for me to just either do more sets or increase the weight, and if your a pump junkie like i am on hypertrophy days you will gobble up the volume and stick to 12-10 reps and go ham on the sets, did 6 sets of 12 with 45kg (99lb) and left it at that, arms were just as pumped as if i had used 2 scoops of high volume or heaps of pump products, if not similar to ArA pumps. overall passed the leg day test on the first time of use, now shined again on an upper body day. count me empressed :) grabbed some more right away. OL really stepped there game up with this, at first i was a non believer for a bit but im glad i jumped on it now.
