Blood test results

Not sure what section to ask this but figured here to be as good as any place.

Basically all my lab work came back perfect except Creatine Phosphokinase which was over double the high end of normal...I am 703 vs.39-308 U/L.

My B12 was also higher than normal 760 vs. 156-698 pmol/L.

I done some cardio before the blood test and I also lifted quite "heavy" the two days prior.

Anyone else get these high levels from working out?

Thanks.

P.S. I am currently natty so no cycles skewing there results.

It is a natural response to heavy cardio or lifting and doing cardio before a test can absolutely skew the numbers.

But if I work out regularly, which I do, lift 4 days a week, wouldn't my levels be permanently elevated?

Or would they naturally decline later in the day after exercise?

Thanks.

No, it goes down. It is a test for several markers and if an issue is suspected, they'll generally test several times in a short period.
