Brushing up on Eastern European Steriod Laws:

I need help finding the correct search engines. I am looking to find a way to see what a countries steriod laws are. I may be spending some time in the eastern EU and want to know what is legal and available. Thanks for any guidence.

I will be living in the Czech Republic, but traveling EVERYWHERE. I'd like to have an idea of laws, pharmacy tradition, that kind of thing. I have been googling like a mo-fo but all I end up with is sales pitches. I've great sounding rumors about eastern Bloc countries, but want to be sure before I am in the cell with my 400 lb mate IVAN the anus buster. You know, Beelzebubs peoples.

From what I know, a pharmacy is no different than a grocery store. You won't be asked any questions. And legality-wise, you shouldn't have to worry about anything. Steroids in Europe, especially in the eastern part, are nowhere near the craze in the US.

I should also add that I wouldn't really travel with big amounts of steroids between eaastern european countries. Especially in countries like Romania, Bulgaria, and Yugoslavia the frontier police, being broke, is always looking for ways to milk tourists. If he finds a relatively big amount of drugs on you and if you don't have good cash on you to shell out, he might easily come up with something to charge you for.

i know in Romania you can buy D-bol in pharmacies, with no prescription or anything. I'm not sure about test, but just asking wouldn't hurt. And if you're an american citizen, unless you're acting all weird, i wouldn't worry about them frisking you at the border. I just past on through a few times with no problems whatsoever. And if they give you ****, just raise hell and tell them that you're uncle is the American Consul in Bucharest. Trust me it'll work, cuz they have no ideea who he is, and if you really are his nephew, they'll be in big trouble.

Send some emails to embasies and consulates. Tell them you're a student doing a research paper. Get the straight answers from people who actually know the laws in their countries.

Actually, at the borders of Romania and Hungary (at least at Cenad) They will search your luggage if you have a lot, hoping to either tax the gifts you are bringing into or out of the country. If they do try this, just put some money in your passport when they check it and you should have no problems.
If you do go to Romania, let me know where you are going and maybe I can tell you a few places to go.
