I believe heavyiron said to run it at two caps per day. That would be 30 days. I agree that the label says differently, though.

2-3 caps SDMZ 4.0 daily is fine.

heavyiron hey bud I haven't received mine yet be patiently waiting lol but I dislocated my knee two days ago for the third time in a month and was curious if I coul hold off on the log for a couple weeks til I can maybe deadlift again if not I completely understand il ship it back as soon I get it so someone else can get the oppurtunity thanks bud

Awesome. Any input on spacing them out, half life, etc.? The enanthation (is that a word, lol) makes them more bioavailable, right?

spacing them is fine but not a huge deal. Maybe take with breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Enanthated is what the chemists call it. Here's an example using 4-andro

That would be driven mostly by diet and training not to mention dosage chosen brother.

These logs will be the first ones so its somewhat of a learning curve for all of us.
