Thiking about a test E cycle

Hey guys im 145 lbs 5'6" and 25 yrs old i go to the gym 3 times a week i try to eat right but as a truck driver some times it dont happen i have been 145 for the past 4 years and cant seem to get any bigger do you guys think a test cycle is the right way to go to boost my LBM and strength?

But is it the right way to go? That's hard for anyone else to answer but yourself. There are pros and cons obviously. I could never imagine only training 3 days a week while on cycle. But I know that as long as those 3 training sessions were intense, you would be getting enough rest to grow.

I suspect you are not getting enough calories, even if your diet isn't the greatest as a trucker.

Do you count your calories and macros?

Do you have any experience with anything hormonal? Have you tried any natural options/supplements?

Do you know anything about Testosterone, how to use it, how to control estrogen and why you need to, and pct?
 
Yes ive done some research ik i need a estrogen blocker and i have researched the side effects...and i am a little confused on the pct
 
My calories are normally around 2k a day ik i would need to increase that alot if i used test...

If your goal is to add size, then yes. I imagine at 145lbs. your daily TDEE is rather low.

Are you doing a lot of cardio on training days?
 
I run about 2 miles b4 my workout been trying to burn the thin layer of belly fat off i use iso protien and a pre work out but cant seem to get any results

Well you definitely don't want to be confused. And I realize you are here looking for answers. But kind of the general consensus around here is letting someone do their own homework, and then helping them fine-tune a cycle and pct. It helps you get a better understanding, rather than someone just telling you take this, this and this. And this much of it.

You're kind of in a catch-22. With a stagnant job, I hate to tell you to stop doing cardio. It has many benefits on overall health, especially if you're driving so much. But typically hard-gainers won't do any cardio if trying to pack on some muscle.
 
Right i understand that completely..i plan to do alot more homework b4 i try anything just wanting to get some insight into what to expect precations to take and maybe work out suggestions while useing to maximize my gains
 
The more I think about it, I would say continue doing the cardio. 3 days a week at that amount isn't over the top. And the benefits outweigh any hurdle it may pose to building muscle.

When you say a small layer of fat, how much in pounds would you say you're holding?
 
Yeah the job is alot of the issues but it keeps the lights on...lol im looking to get up to 165 to 175 range and remain lean and at this point this seems like my best option

Let me suggest a few things.

First do some research on Aromatase Inhibitors like Arimidex and Aromasin. How to use them, etc.

Then look into what a SERM is, why you need one, what it does, and how to dose it in pct.

Read into PCT set-ups.

Also look into SARMs like LGD-4033 and RAD-140. They are relatively new alternative to steroids. Less side effects, still suppressive and require a pct, but much easier to run for a beginner. I just started using RAD-140 myself this weekend.

Nah didnt take it as u being a dick i understand that its a serious decision with consequences if done incorrectly. I will keep u updated and probably annoy u with more questions lol
 
500mg test E a week 250 mon. 250thurs.
Dbol-30mg per day
Cardarine-10-20mg per day for endurance and burn excess bf
Aromasin- 8-12mg per day adjust according to side effects
N2guard-7 pills a day in 2 sets for liver management

PCT....
Nolvadex-20mg per day
Clomid-20mg per day
Aromasin-12mg per day
N2guard- 7 pills per day in 2 sets for liver management...

How does that look for first cycle still researching diet im 140lb now goal is 165-175 not expecting to reach it 100% on the cycle but would like to be close
 
Not bad. I would tweek a couple things. That's a pretty conservative dose of Dbol, which if you were going to use it on your first cycle, I would keep it there. But at the same time it might be wise to run a Test only cycle before you dive into Dbol. Running Test alone will give you a handle on managing estrogen, dosing timing, training, etc. And as a first cycle, it will do you wonders. Sooooo, I would drop the Dbol for a first run. Just my opinion. Nothing wrong with using the cardarine with it though.

If you do decide to go with the Dbol, I would use a better cycle support though. N2guard and most **** products are over-priced and under-dosed. Ar1macare Pro or CEL Cycle Assist are the best on the market.

I also think you can get away with only 1 SERM in pct, Clomid over Nolva, and dose it 50mg/day for 2 weeks, and 25mg/day for 3 more weeks. Along with the Aromasin and an otc product like Sup3r PCT.

But all in all, your set-up doesn't look bad. Keep it simple at first though. There are always future cycles.
 
Ok i will drop Dball for this cycle and run the clomid and aromasin figured the more anti estrogen the better could always reduce it if it had adverse effects
 
And if im running 500mg of test a week how many ML would i need for 12 week cycle? I figured 32ML but for some reason that dont seem right
 
You need more research and food.

The term "estrogen blocker" is a dead giveaway.
 
I am still doing research i used the term estrogen blocker as that is what i am used to taking....i will be using clomid and aromasin to manage my estrogen lvls....and as i said i am still researching a diet to take full advantage of the cycle i do not claim to be knowledgeable on this subject that is why i am asking questions and looking into the advice provided to me if u have any constructive advice or tips for workout diet or the cycle it would be appreciated
