Restarting

Gym and eating are falling into a good rhythm. Tiredness is less and less everymorning. The after noon drowsiness is sucky still. Legs and shoulders this morning. Not using anything I'd call heavy. Lots of volume though.
 
I don't know if the afternoon tiredness gets better or you just get more used to it. I do sometimes sneak in a lunchtime nap and that helps.
 
I always do meadows rows on back day. I didn't even know what the were a year and a half ago prolly.

Only other person besides me in my gym that does them is this girl, and damned if she doesn't have a huge spread.

Gonna try for a hundred rep set this week. That'll be fun.
 
I do lots of lifts no one does in any of the gyms I go to thanks to some of the guys and lifts I've learned here. Cage press, horizontal press , meadows rows , reeves v deads.... Just to name a few
 
Man. Imma focus on lots of dead lifting tomorrow. Take Sunday off. Then step my training tempo up on Monday. I'm getting well adjusted to the hours pretty rapidly. No need for life to be too easy lol. So I'll train harder.

They took our box rack out, but it's hard to complain because the newer rack is better.

They have this crossfit rack, not sure the name, that I could do them from if I wanted to set the weights to the floor each set....

With the bar not being too heavy. you couldnt some how get in position and do the reps then get it down? I know that is a pita

Ha. Of course, I don't perv on the ladies at my gym.

My cage presses don't go higher than 135 currently, so yes, I could get it up there and down.

One of these days I'm going to go in at 2 AM and put pins and band attachments all over the gym. lol

Just killed a full body session. Lots of compound/complex movement. Tons of volume. Still very very light weights though. Bout 2 hrs in there. Feelin great. Now for dinner. Hmmmmm.......
 
Feeling good. Diet and gym are getting easier and more enjoyable. Doesn't really make my day any harder. I hate falling out of my rhythm. But It's creeping back. 330 wake up. Chugging some g8 and calling it a night

Trying to get as much crammed into my 45-55 minute window in the morning. Still trying to work out maximizing my time. SS most lifts is the only way to get anywhere near the volume I like which I'm still far from. Gonna ride the light weights out for a while too. First time In a long time I've lifted with no impingement in my shoulders. Especially on my ohp lifts

Blah. Got bulldozed with a bunch of bs work. Still been in the hugeatorium every morning. Shyt for diet control though. Should be back to the recent "norm" of my training tomorrow am. Blah
 
Started hard @ 330 this morning. Got a nice shoulder session in. Foods back under control. Now let's see if I can get through more than a week of training without tons of interruptions!! Feeling good though
