Pretty new here and wondering why it took me so long to join the forum. Tons of great advice on here by everyone. Anyhow, seen a few other people mention stacking these two things so I figured I would go ahead and make a log of how it goes.
This is my second Anabolic supplement, my last was 4 yrs ago.
I'm running
EPG Ostalean 25mg daily- 8 weeks
Hardrock Androvar (Epiandrosterone)- 300mgs 16 days & 400mgs 33 days- 7 weeks.
Animal pak vitamins
ProteX
Fish oil
I started Ostalean 11 days ago & Androvar 4 days ago.
I'm back from a few years vacation from the gym. Life got me for awhile, but I managed to find my way back. Been full time for 1.5yrs and pretty well caught back up where I left off. I'm 28, 6' 1", 187lbs dressed, 18-19% body fat. I started cutting a few months back and was going well dropped from 191lbs to 182lbs but the last few weeks on my cut my joints started killing me, shoulder, and my strength decreased a good bit. I pretty well think I was over training especially for my diet. So I took a week off and have came back full throttle. Switched to a twelve week bulk 6 day week workout and eating a fairly clean diet at 3200 cals daily trying to bulk clean this time.
See how this goes.
