Thats what i did with good mornings probably 4-5 weeks ago. I'm surprised more people dont do it. Definitely hammers the glutes.

Yeah just trying to stir up some sh!t. ;) Norris and Norton are two of the most hotly debated natural lifters right now. Clean or not both have huge totals and I'm jealous for sure.

Everything just feels "off". I used to feel my chest and back engaged. Now it feels like I'm moving the weight with just arms. I'm hoping the 1" pause can help with my bar path and keeping my forearms stacked under the bar.

I want to. I just don't really know how to use them effectively in a plan I guess.

Yeah. I think the problem is how often do you really need to overload the top end? When have you ever missed a squat where you maintained position and came out of the hole with solid speed? I realize wrapped squatting is a bit different so that's an honest question.

Off-season, I'd think you throw them in whenever you wanted to go a little heavier without going a little heavier, ya know? Perhaps as the last session before a deload. Idk I'm just spitballin' (aka talking out of my ass)
