Got up this morning and foot was killing me. Was a little sketchy about going. I have to wear boots all day. So I'm seeing if my foot can handle that before I traumatize it any more. After I take a look at it after being In boots all day ill determine my gym availability. Cause ol doc and 100% good to go to day was a bold faced lie
 
Sounds like if you go into the gym you shouldn't do anything that requires standing for the exercise - you can put in a heck of a workout seated. All that said, best not to make things worse. Diet is a good start

...That is good looking meal. I have never been able to enjoy ground turkey. Odd flavour to me. Turkey sausage on the other hand no problem.
 
I've been dialing my food in over the weekend and have stuck to it so far through the week. This foot though his jacking up my lifting. It's more sore today than since it was worked on. And it's getting red all around it. If it's not looking better tomorrow I might need to go back and make sure it's not getting infected

I agree. No matter how I flavor it I just don't find it "delicious" like I do most of my foods when I cook. But it's cheap and easy lol

Imma call my clinic today and talk to them. But I wanna make sure it wasn't from wearing boots and I'm just being a p$ssy. It's not swolen and doesn't feel any warmer than normal to the touch and those are identifiers to infection. So they told me at least when they did it. But it's def more sore and redness around the area that wasn't present over the weekend.

Got an early start and long day today. Blah. But I should honestly be thankful. The minor surgery I had on my foot was removing suspected skin cancer. Biopsy was 100% negative though. That's what I thought exactly. Today was a short day cause I over slept. Hit those three just cuz so to speak. I'll readjust tomorrow and have a better workout

330 wake up to get gym knocked out. Breakfast on the fly so it's gonna be a shake and grapefruit following gym. A couple hard boiled eggs around 9. Another shake at 10. Casein for this one.

Eating is staying on par for the most part. There's gonna be occasional cheating at lunch time cause it will be unavoidable due to time restraints. Gyms been going well for starting at 330. Blah. Lit my arms up this morning. The only thing is I've noticed by lunch I'm getting a case of sleepiness. Hopefully after the first week in adjusted more
 
That's where a little Stimul8 comes in handy. I'll usually have a little mid morning and a little mid afternoon. A 1/4 scoop is plenty for just a "perk up"!
