Is a 330lb High Bar Squat for 10 reps, considered strong?

Your knees...

You strengthen your adductors and abductors by doing accessory workouts. Not squatting heavy and hoping that it will strengthen them.

ya puccah I work on my adductors after I am done my heavy squats. It takes time to strength them, so I am just going to do the adductor work after my squats.

Yes it looks like you have a lot of stability issues there. The numbers are good, but drop the weight considerably until you can do squat with a solid stance and with smooth movements.

I don't think you're seeking advice, you just want us to tell you that you're strong. Yes, you are strong but if you follow all the advices that were given to you, you can progress so much better.

Live and learn...

Ouch dude, take your time moving up in weight, don't take a flight to snap city so young and soon, you'll never come back the same.

Yes the knees are all over the place in general. You need to lower the weight and build your stance up. Don't push it, you are strong and can actually be MUCH stronger with accessory building and fixing a few little things with form. You can definitely move much much more weight SOONer than you think. Just focus on perfecting form and you will see BIG moves upwards in weight.

Is this the same guy that posted the 315x10 video yesterday and had the same thing told to him then as well?

Make sure you guys follow his YouTube channel...

Oh mah gawd. My knees turned inside out just watching that... Yikes.

Op, I play hockey goalie and out of habit want my knees to come together and mine aren't nearly that bad, even at their worst. And that's one rep. Doing that for sets of ten is going to shorten your life ha.

Edit: wrong video

You are really getting your juicy wiggle on lol.
Other posters are spot on, back off the weight to a point where you are able to competently undertake the movement then slowly progress from there.

Just out of curiosity, and sorry if this is offensive, but your channel is a comedy channel right? and you are taking the piss? or am I way off?

Do some glute med stuff, but you need to drop the weight and work up when your stabilizers can handle it

i was wondering why the video seemed familiar... then I realized I just saw this thread yesterday with less weight. OP's gone fishing for compliments
