3 Month Recomp Finally Over

So here are before and after pics. The last 2 months I used E/C/Y, Formeron, Prolactrone, and Ostar1ne. This was the most successful recomp I've ever had and I felt good the whole time.

Also what would you guess that my bodyfat level is now? My goal was single digits
 
I'd say prolly 15-18% if i had to guess. But dang that's a good transformation!

Awesome transformation. Have u used ecy before and how much do you think this contributed to the weightloss compared to the other ingredients?

Thanks. First time I've thrown Yohimbine in with Ephedrine/Caffeine. I think it helps a lot if you can avoid the high blood pressure sides.

This was taken a couple of days before the last pics. I asked 2 of the personal trainers at my gym and they said I was pretty close to single digits. Oh well

Dude you are way leaner than 14-15%.

i'm confused...so you weigh the same in both before and after pictures but those supplements helped you get said results the last 12 weeks?

oh, and you're like 12-13 i'd guess

Looks like 11-12% to me. You wont see a full 6 pack @ 13-14 percent.

My guess if you were around 16% before your cut.

how did you like Prolactrone..?

Thanks bro. I freaking love Prolactrone, great sleep, sense of well being, increased libido, and nothing in the world seems to bother me!

Well the results are very impressive. I hope my recomp goes as well.

Im doing a 10 week cycle - with each item started a week apart

8 weeks of Ostarine
8 weeks of EpiAndro
8 weeks of Cardarine
8 weeks of Prolactrone
10 weeks of Exotherm

Thats what I'm hoping. Ive run both Osta & EpiAndro, but never together.
I got lethargy and loss of libido on Osta about 3 or 4 week in. So I'm hoping that the EpiAndro
combats this, but i love all the effect of EpiAndro, Hard Muscles. Vascularity, Alpha Feeling, Libido.

Plus Cardarine seems to work better while on Anabolics, then off, so Im looking to go from my current
14% BF down to 11 or 12. But 10 would be even sweeter..! Not sure if 4% will be feasible in 10 weeks.

Thats my plan, but i have no experience with cardarine. So i will be my own guinea pig.
Cardarine is non hormonal, so it shouldnt be effected by anything in Exotherm.
 
How much scale weight did you lose in this 12 week recomp...? about 10lbs..?
 
Im on cardarine now...Holy sh****t it makes you sweat..Its almost to much :D
 
A week almost. Some headachs and tired in the morning.. Feel some kinda energy rush 30 minutes after I take it. No noticeable effect yet.
