How is my Cycle?

I think considering this is my first cycle, I am going to just stick to straight EPI, that way, if sides start happening it is easier to diagnose, with me not knowing.
Would it be possible to use albuterol or gw without a pct? For after my cycle? I just don't want to get in over my head.

Yeah I am using albuterol solo right now and I love it. Been on for a week and am seeing the physical changes. Haven't experienced any nasty sides either. Go ahead, do the cycle, then close to the end or after pct, you can start introducing albuterol
 
Just wanna throw my two cents in I posted a thread earlier but deleted it since there seems to be an active discussion on here already. This is my first PH cycle, RAN androgel for a few months year backs so I know i can tolerate stuff like this. Anyway, I also went in with the intention of cutting. I'm 5'10 and started the cycle at 260 pounds. What happened to me was i used to be in incredible shape, ended up doing some jail time for 9 months,got out f shape obviously as this was a county jail with no weights, nothing but carbs etc. Got out in December 2014, started working out in January 2015. Worked out like crazy with nothing but creatine until June, gained a ton of mass and strength but the Damn body fat just won't go away. So I started t the PH cycle on June 5th approx, immediately gained 6 pounds in the first 10 days.got a little concerned and added t3 into the mix. Dropped down to 256 after 10 days of thwt but muscle mass and strength still going up. However I feel as though my obsession with trying to cut and starving myself did more harm than good,as if I was eating properly I would have most likely stayed at the same body weight but had a dramaoc change in %s. Now I only have 2 weeks left on the cycle and I'm not even obsessing over the cutting anymore. Just gonna lift heavy as I can, and eat at slightly above maitanence. I feel as though the drastic cutting in calories messed up my energy a bit I was tired all the time and I wasn't getting the gains I was supposed to. Even though I've stayed basically the same weight when I started I know there has been a dramatic diffeence I've been able to loosen my belt 2 notches for,my work cloths, my pants aren't nearly,as tight, and my strength is much higher than when I started

Starving yourself or going from 4000 calories to 1000 calories isnt how you are going to lose weight. You have to taper down your calories, that way you dont put your body into starvation mode. [4:1 cal is an example.]

whatever your maintenance is, go down in increments. this all depends on your activity level and what not.
also, with calories, yea... working out and not giving your muscles something to feed off of... will limit those gains, all the while you will feel crappy.

if there is a next time for you, Here is what i recommend, based on what has been recommended to me.
1. Get your Diet right
2. get your training right
3. get your mind right

once you can do all those, go into a cycle. that only gives you the power to succeed like never before!

Well regardless of this was in optimal conditions or not I'm still,very happy with the results, and I still got 2 weeks to go, just gonna keep training as hard as I can and eating clean but heavy for now

So I wouldn't say my cycle didn't work by any means. I a much stronger with more muscle defintion, I was just saying if i wasn't so obsessed with losing body fat, I would probably be at the same body fat % right now but with 5 to 10 more pounds of muscle. That's my thing though I gain mass so easily, people use to accuse me of being on roids all through my 20s (I'm 31 now). It's just whenever I bulk up the body fat gets very high
 
What kinda body fat % am I looking at here..probably,high 20s right. That ****ing stomach and gut just won't go away

Before I even started with the PH,, from January to June, I was steadily gaining weight, while working out 5 days a week and eating pretty clean. Not strict strict clean but not what you would expect for someone who is maintaining the weight I am. The muscle,kept just piling on. But the fat unfortunately did not go anywhere
 
The gains have only been coming for me in just lots and lots of muscle under the pre existing fat unfortunately
You're at the point where you need to cut fat only. Prohormones aren't efficacious for you at that composition. My suggestion is all out fat cutting. Worry about building muscle and strength once you're in optimum shape. At 5'10 you could be a lean 185 lbs and still look big. When I cut to 185 @ 6'2 and 6-8% I get more compliments and people say they would guess I weighed 210 lbs.
 
Also ran two bottles of VPX Redline at recommended dose..no fat loss. So I'm kind of convinced at this point that my body has been kind of messed up. I have put my body through hell . not gonna get into it here but 10 + years of serious abuse to it . what's strange though is my blood work which i had done in April was perfect they said
 
It would,be great if there was a product that JUST got rid of the fat with no muscle. WISHFUL thinking right there

You need to get blood work you might have a t3 deficiency
 
Thyroid was fine so was test and blood sugar. But I'm gonna go get the blood work myself and look at the exact numbers, I think they just told me everything was fine because it was flagged or highlighted as being dangerous . my mom takes Syntharoid for thyroid disorder so I wouldn't doubt it
 
Honestly though I did all types of drugs for 10 years so Thats probably it right there lol. I havnet in 18 months though and I'm not taking any prescription medicines that would cause fat gain

I'm thinking more along the lines of long term metabolism damage that is going to be a bitch to reverse, if that's even possible at this point. All I'm doing now is what I can, I go in the gym and lift hard 5 or 6 days a week, alot heavier than some of the guys in there that are clearly in better overall,shape than me.

What they are saying above though, is at your body fat percentage, lifting and building muscle isn't working.
You need to go on a fat loss diet, and focus your lifting on that.
Cardio is good!
You can be pretty big if you can lose that extra weight.
 
Well I've been making some even more drastic changes to my diet , I'm going to start pre making meal,preps of just grilled meat and steamed vegetables , bought all the containers and a convection steamer today,

What you said is true and not true however. From a body building perspective, obviously it's not working because there is just so much fat on my body. But to say the lifting and working out isn't working is false because since I started , my strength has gone up considerably ,like I said yes I am over weight and get out of breath easier than the other guys that are,more ripped, but I'm lifting way more weight than them, in some cases 50% even 75% more.

Another change in gonna make is taking my mountain bike to work, which would be 30 mins there 30 mins back every day, should I skip breakfast until I actually get to work or is fasted cardio another myth. I get 2 15 min breaks I work down at the N.Y. State capitol so I walk around the plaza for 15 minutes twice a day.

Is Clen a product you need to be on cycle for like t3? Obviously the OCT thermos didn't work for me, I took 2 bottles of VPX Recline and actually gained weight while doing paleo diet (with dairy)

sorry I came off that way, yes.. Working out is good, and you are doing a hell of a job.
Even though you are stronger, (for me personally, doesn't matter if I don't look good) I am pretty self conscious.
Pre making meals such as breakfast or lunch is not a bad idea, but don't forget.. You don't have to starve to diet,

Overeating chicken, that's bad. Etc...

Clen I believe you do, although I'm new to this stuff and someone can better answer that.
Breakfast is an essential meal. Eat it, love it.
If you figured your macros, find out what's good split calorie wise, TDEE divided by 3 or 4?
Breakfast: yogurt, banana, wheat bread toasted.

Cycling is a good idea! Hell of a workout too!
 
This is what I did yesterday,i work at a big state plaza so there is tons of places to get food. Not too many of them healthy though..
Breakfast 6 am - Greek Yogurt, Blueberries granola
10am - whoel grain bagel with cream cheese.
Noon. Half pound lettuce salad with grilled,chicken no dressing
2:30 pm- half pound London,broil (there is some place down here you can just go and buy the meat and nothing else, they got all types, just found out yestersay)
And then dinner 7pm..just grilled,chicken and green beans..

Nothing but water and seltzer all day, and a few pieces of beef jerky for snack.

Woke up at 1am STARVING, just had a glass of water

Also I take the t3 first thing in the morning ,80mg, and don't eat for at,least 30 mins.

I can't see myself not loosing weight like this but knowing me something will go wrong with it. In only going to be on cycle for 12 more days then no more t3, just PCT
 
I'm not even looking to get super ripped. I'm not a pro body builder or anything. If i can look like this again id be very happy (210 to 215) . so I'd have to loose at the least 40 pounds, which is going to be a massive undertaking for me. Although at 215 with the type of muscle im building now, I would,be a bit bigger now

Is loosing 10 pounds a month too drastic? At a high body fat % isn't it safe to loose large ammount of weight. Only, when you get down to the low teens is when it starts to creep very slow right

youd be fine at first. I usually lose 10lb in th first week or two after really cleaning up my diet after a long bulk. THe progress will slow considerably though as you go along.

And to your above comments about supps not working; you need to have your diet settled. Nothing will outwork that so don't try to just keep adding stuff in. Save the "stuff" for when you're at sticking points and low bf.

I ran the two bottles of redline, cut all sugar out but obviously not enough calories anyway I can't wait for my convection steamer to get here today when i get out of work.gonna steam,a melody of kale,spinach carrots brocolli and mix it in with grilled meat
