Restarting

Got some doc appts tomorrow. Schedule will be messed up. Training still gonna happen though

I wish I went in this morning. Don't be like me and skip. lol

Been a rough few days gentlemen. Gonna have several rough more. School starts back up in a couple days. Gotta get something suspicious cut off my foot the docs are concerned about. And that's the least stressful stuff I got happing in this lovely journey we call life. Apparently I need counseling and church. Well I'm asking pantera and machine head for advice. I'll pray I can add another plate on everyday in the gym and I'm calling it good on both. Gonna train. Gonna do me some learning. Other than that I'm rocking some solitary confinement for myself and the dog. I'll holler at you fine gentleman sporadically at best over the next month or so. But I'm knuckling down hard on my training and eating. When school starts my cardio will drop way back cause schedule. But school is high performance mechanics so it's like working for 9hrs a day. Calling it equal on the small amount of cardio I'm doing now. Life's tough. But I'm tougher. I'll be back round in few days.

School is in session bright and early. Switching back to an evening gym routine. Let's see how things go. Still feeling less than stellar but it's crunch time. Setting small obtainable goals that way I feel accomplished. Moving on up.....
 
Gym hasn't fit my schedule like I was hoping. In there today if it kills me. Full body/compound movement lifts. Been doing some core and mobility stuff daily though.

Forcing gym into my schedule is a breeze compared to trying to eat right. But gotta figure it out. Breakfast today was a shake and a grapefruit. That was like 5:10 or so. First break of the day now so imma throw back a hb egg and an addition white. Feel like I'm starving but I'm not. Might work a casein shake in mid day around 2. Not sure about actual lunch though

I should say that my first shake has 8 oz almond milk. Cup of yogurt. And 6oz liquid egg whites. Protein and 1 tbsp natty pb powder.
 
Ok so I did know what If was. Not to this extent though. def not. However imma read the rest of this after class today!!

It worked great for me losing weight. I hated it though. Lol
 
I have a great diet projected. In a perfect world id eat it. But time and scheduling I haven't got perfected. I'm making a much more focused attempt at it this week. Hopefully I get it figured out soon

U r absolutely correct. Maybe I'll get on the early morning schedule. I'm usually awake bout 4. School don't start till 7. That's plenty of time to squeeze in gym/shower/breakfast prior to my first class.

I have to train all the time, and currently it's a know-it-all expletive, expletive.
 
Yeah, I knew who your job was with, just poking fun. I did gov contracts for years and use to get ragged about how all government workers and contractors had it "so easy". I just smiled and said if it was so easy why aren't you doing it!

Foots a little sore still but looking good to go for some lifting in the am before class. Gonna start prepping my foods and stuff for the week tonight. Have as much of my week possible ready. I figure the less I have to do on the days that are long I'll be more likely to do them.
