Yep, that's my general strategy lol.

Me = Love PB, Cookie Dough and fall flavours (ie. Pumpkin)

Not many pumpkin ice cream around though. I don't drink coffee but don't mind coffee flavoured things...

I'm surprised you have Graeter's at the bottom, below BnJ?!? GF not in the mix?
My list:
1) Jeni's
2) Graeter's
3) BnJ
4) Cool Haus
5) La Paloma (Italian Gelato) - I grew up on their torrone and nocciola flavours

I excluded Gelato Fiasco because I haven't tried them yet (until next weekend)

Need psu creamery in that list! Their pumpkin is awesome. And has huuggeee chunks of crust too

Does PSU stand for something? Never heard of that place.

Pennsylvania state university.

They're one of the top agriculture schools in the world and have their own ice creamery that is loaded with custom blends and flavors.

was not there when i went and Met Mr Cooper
We got to sample everything
Death By chocolate was unreal
i went with some kind of Apple Pie deep Dish flavor and samples peachy Paterno before Joe pa passed away.

You know I'm not much of a chocolate guy but death by chocolate is awesome. Maybe my favorite chocolate ice cream ever. They still have peachy paterno. It's just a staple at this point.

Most of the other flavors are all seasonal so depending when you go there's tons of new ones all the time.

I didn't realize coop was a psu guy?

New Orleans Ice Cream Co White Chocolate Bread Pudding:

The Bread pudding pieces melt down quick as you venture down the pint, but the amount of flavor in this pint has you lingering for more. With a very dense and bold flavored white custard base, and plenty of mix-ins this gets a high grade. The thick syrup/buttery bourbon sauce has a great compliment to the heavy custard base. Thrown in Bread pudding pieces (literally the size of gumballs) & white chocolate pieces packed inside this pint has a lot going on. If you enjoy White chocolate, custard, or bread pudding this has all of those elements perfected into ice cream.

Grade: A-

Why even bother with this (regardless what they call it) when there is Half baked and pb half baked?

Basically retitling cookie dough just to show respect for the gay community right now

Yeah, that's a nice gesture :).

However, why not go all out and release a new flavour ....rainbow base (fruit flavoured ice cream) with chocolate chunks

Pitch them that lol
They should have

This is gold ha. What a suggestion.

I sent a new flavour request for ****s & giggles and because I support the LGBT community. :)

Flavour name: Rainbow Rights

If they make it that'd be unreal. Seriously is a great idea tho

New Graeters Limited Batch/Flavor

( From BB.com) ^^

The new flavor mixes the famous Seelbach Pie, which includes flaky pie crust and a gooey filling of bourbon, chocolate and pecans, with Graeter’s Madagascar Vanilla Bean ice cream.

having my buddy stash me a pint when i visit in 7 weeks!!!

Just tried out 4 different flavors at the jeni's scoop shop and they flat out sucked. Literally almost zero flavor. Such a disappointment.

this
BBAB, Dark chocolate, Buckeye are solid 3 to consider

i see they have a new banana split available as well

they do offer a bunch of weird flavors that are kind of meh, but the ones that strike gold are solid

did you sample any cookies??? their cookie are to die for.

Which did you try?

His taste buds must be broken on that fake arctic zero that does not meet label claims :)

almond butter brittle (think that was the name)- tasteless. Only flavor was the actual almond chunks.

Sweet cream- slightly sweeter than the almond one but still a huge disappointment. Not even a good creme flavor.

Passion fruit- this was very tart; would have been good as a Sherbert but not what I was looking for. Not sweet at all.

Wildberry lavender (something like that)- sister got this one and it was ok. Again, more tart than sweet which is not what I enjoy in an ice cream.

The other flavors they had didn't even sound appealing. Overall it was a complete waste and I would literally never go back. Also turned me off from buying any store pints in the future unless they're ones I know are good.

Tart, lavander no thanks jeff lol
sweet cream never tried, but doesnt sound my cup of tea

Surprised you did not try brambleberry thats a top flavor of their (top 4)
man dark chocolate and buckeye = EPIC
same with the cookies.

None of those were even options. Must've been this particular one but it was awful.

I loved the brown butter almond brittle when I tried it in March in Columbus. After sampling it I got a sundae with it which was amazing! Maybe it was the bacteria? lol

Haha that all I could think about. "Which flavor has the listeria again?"

Ate an entire package of Reese's chips ahoy and a pint of BNJ cinnamon buns

First time having either.

Chips ahoy~ liked em. Reese's was faint in them

BNJ cinnamon ~ I think this was actually on the sweet side, if that makes sense. The streusel really made the pint tho. It's a top 10 for sure.

Thats funny because Buckeye , Dark Chocolate and Brambleberry are 3 of their top 4 sellers
They did not offer cookies?? Sample them next time. They are game changers, I do not even like Mint but the mint filled one is good. The Dark chocolate filled one = Game over... you will ask for a whole cookie

I won't be bothering to go back there. The coolers they had were all empty, no cookies on the menu or in sight, and none of the flavors you mentioned except the almond and it was awful. Must've just been this one in particular but I don't get why it would be so crappy. It's not brand new or old or anything.

Why they do not stock 3 of their top 4 sellers makes 0 sense
Why they do not stock their cookies which are very popular sellers = no sense at all.

Call and ask them if they do stock or offer those flavors. The Buckeye, Chocolate, and Brambleberry are killers not to mention the cookies are to die for. You would eat the whole damn thing if you sampled one haha

Can't believe the bbab wasn't good, maybe a bad spoon ? lol

What's weird is the Jeni's website is only listing the 4 flavs Boone tried (besides frozen yog).

I would've thought that but both my mom and sis had it too and neither liked it either. Mom got it as one of her two half scoops and actually threw the last bit away. Said the sweet cream was so much better but even that wasn't all that great (and she prefers "not so sweet" flavors)

Probably because the factory is not 100% back in the running with all their flavors prior to the listeria shutdown. I am sure in a month or so when they are firing on all cylinders all flavors, cookies, cakes will be back in stock.
Jeni's is running a special that ends today

Ndali Estate Vanilla Bean ice cream, a sauce of your choice, sliced bananas, crushed shortbread cookies, freshly whipped cream, an Amarena cherry, and a Convo Cookie. Try a Banana Trifle Sundae in our scoop shops—this weekend only
