How To Take Liquid Nolva

As I will be starting my first SERM PCT this weekend, just want to make sure I understand how to PROPERLY administer my Nolva (tamoxefen citrate).

What is the recommended dosage for a 6-8 week PCT?

Do I take the Nolva once per day, or divided into two separate doses per day?

Once a day and the common protocol is 20/20/10/10. You can go 6 weeks if it's a heavy and long cycle.

Calculate how many mL you need to reach that dose.

^^*thats perfect. I always dosed mine an hour before bed but it doesn't matter as long as the timing is consistent everyday. If RC liquid just shoot it and chase w/ water. RC usually tastes nasty...so my rats say
