Gyno flare up AlphaMax + Forskolin 95

Hello guys I got a gyno 2 years ago from a Epistane Run I did and I never had any issues until now. Im running Alphamax since 8 weeks and had no problems and since a week Ive added forskolin 95 to it and now it hurts under my nipple a bit when I squeeze it. Do you recommend me to stop all the intake from alphamax and forskolin ? Its a total of 100mg forskolin with 50mg from alpha and 50mg from the forsk 95.

Why are you squeezing your nipples? Squeezing will hurt regardless of lump or not

Yeah i know its not good and I should stop squeezing them .... but I noticed that it was hurting when i shaved during a shower.

back off your doses a bit and see if it clears up

You could back off the extra dose of F95 and see if that helps. Never heard of F95 and gyno flare ups, even from pre existing gyno. You said you noticed it in the shower. Did you accidentally nick your nipple or anywhere near it?

I have a small pubertal gyno lump and have ran AlphaMax+ AS F95 together before and did not experience this btw. If anything it made it a bit smaller

It might be of the high dose of forskolin because ive ran alphamax since weeks and had no issues. It has started since ive upped the dose. Nipe i didnt nick my nipple.

I've never heard of gyno from Forskolin or any other of the ingredients in Alphamax. Maybe you should have a doctor check it out to see if it really is gyno.

Just asking about the nick. I shave my chest and got myself once without even noticing. I felt a hard lump type thing the next day, went away in about 1.5 weeks.

Yep youre right ... but for now it just hurts a little bit, but not much. I guess it will go away when I stop taking it.

If you want to get rid of Gyno you just have to put your nipple in a vice grip .

L dopa is already in alphamax but its hard to get here in europe atm.
