Taking creatine nitrate at the same time as kre alkalyn

Hello everybody. I had a question I was wondering if anybody had any answers to or opinions on. I read an article a while back on creatine(I dont have the address to the link with me now, sorry)saying that it is not advised to take creatine nitrate or hcl with buffered creatine (kre alkalyn) because it could reduce the positive effects of both.
I was wondering if there was any truth to this and if so what is the reason. Does anybody have any answers or opinions about this. If do I would like to hear the thoughts on this.

Are you asking because you want to use both

No reason really. Just like to try new things sometimes with supplements. Keeps it interesting. Haven't actually taken them at same time. Was just wondering if what I read was valid. Not that it makes a difference, just curious really.

I havent heard the negatives honestly but you wont experience any increase in performance if you do so... id stick with the nitrate

I agree on the nitrate. I do like it better. Was just repeating an article I read on Muscle feast. It was a download actually. I do seem to respond well to the nitrate.

Found the link but cannot post it because my post count isn't high enough. The download is called creatine recommendations and it states that combining creatine nitrate or hcl with a buffered creatine(kre alkalyn ) will reduce The stability of both thus reducing the ergogenic potential of both. Not sure how true this is as it was written by a college student and could just be the opinion of one person. Was mainly just curious.

No
just take 3-5g total, remember the nitrate you are consuming wont be 100% Creatine because the ntirate makes up a portion of the creatine nitrate, so just make sure your getting adequate creatine in a given day (3-5g) and you are good to go.
