Up 16 pounds. Started at 195, sitting at 211 now.

Fantastic session this morning. On pretty much every exercise I moved more weight than ever before. I will put PR next to it, even though some moves aren't really movements that I would normally give credit as a PR. But just to show that it was in fact the most weight I've ever done.

You started this cycle on just Test and DMZ right? How was libido while on the DMZ before the Test kicked in?

My plan was to kickstart with Prop but I'm not sure if I want to be pinning 5 times a week my first cycle.. Lol

No change in libido in comparison to before the cycle started. Which was a normal functioning level. Around the 4th week is where it started really increasing. About 8th week it got ridiculous, as it still stands.

So you don't think there would be any problem if I just waited the Test out and kick started with something else?

I read something that said within a few days of Test E your levels are already boosted to about natural levels, I'm not so sure how accurate it was though.

Your levels start at natty... It takes time, days even weeks, to start the suppression. It's not like day 1 your balls turn off ha
 
I don't know about that. But if you want to get it kickstarted and don't want to pin eod, then pick an oral. Many many options.
 
Yeah true, I just want the Test to kick in immediately but I'm going to be a big baby about pinning at first. Lol

Like I said before, I did prop first cycle and loved it. You either get addicted to the pinning day 1 and can't wait for each one or you'll hate it every time. I loved it. Tren ed was so fun ;)

Sweet potatoes with PB, are a staple around here now. Daughter had a bite of mine tonight and had to have one.

I attribute all gains to this treat, not the gear LOL!!!
 
That looks really good actually - and the sweetness of the sweet potato with the saltiness of the peanut butter, I'm definitely going to give that a whirl.

I used to do bananas with peanut butter as a post workout snack.

It was an accidental discovery last week. Baked a sweet potato and was out of damn butter, so I improvised, and well...

Honestly, that's how I always eat it. Have been on this pb made with coconut oil, very hard to put my spoon down

So recovery is great, progression and gains keep coming, but I feel the CNS is a little taxed. Will hit it the next 2 days, and then welcome the 3 days off in Vegas. Body and Mind both need the break.

Woke up this morning at 214. Skin appeared a little tighter as the Tren is still working it's magic. Thought today would be the last dose, but there is still another one in the vial.

Did my own routine this morning. Didn't want to follow the one I've been doing. Kept it simple, a little faster paced. 1 minute rest times. And wanted to get some more walking time in today.

Squats:

235 x 8

SLDL:

185 x 8
235 x 6
