Nice update Koi.... i you always post your breakfast and lunch.. so what do you usually eat for dinner :)

damn, son......i nearly have you tripled on max bp, but no way could i do those kind of reps, my endurance would give out!!!

I am maxing on squats & D/L's!!

i usually eat a banana before the gym, unless i have to go later, then i'll eat some dinner first.
Was just talking about doing some grilling this weekend. Some thick juicy burgers or steaks sounds good right about now :)

Cajun mayo is very tasty.In about 4 months I will have ghost peppers fresh from garden!

...but just put my new grill together, big ass charcoal guzzulin' grill. Well big compared to my bogus table top I was using.
Is that a big azz 55 gallon drum grill?

I eat so many bananas, by time I workout, Im tired of Banana for the day. Apples digest faster for me, and make my JP8x hit faster.

Also this past week I was doing 3/2 on the DTPC-2 but I myself noticed 4 works as good as 5.So I am going back to 2/2.
Chuck Diesel I will be starting week 7 and how long can I run Diesel Test Pro-Cycle V2 before I need to take a break?I am still noting no diminished effects!!

V2 is still making me hungry
V2 the nitric oxide effects are better for me then V1.The pumps/muscle fullness is more pronounced.
Morning wood-still daily
Random day wood still going strong
My nuts are fuller and hang lower.
Stamina and sex drive is still up.
I am getting increase in strength with V2.My 1RM's increased on Squats & D/L. but I am sticking with voulme work for BP and OHP's.

Its pretty natural, even with it containing DHEA, so I'd say, if your running it daily, after about 8 weeks, take 4-7 days off.

If you you are taking 5 or 6 days a week, probably months, or until you notice it is losing its "kick" then I would take 10 days off.
