I was thinking 10 mg. I wanted to keep my cycle as healthy as possible and avoid lethargy. So the sten was a conflicting idk. But I liked how I could run the SARMS longer before it and with it to sustain more muscle tissue. I can imagine sex drive would take a dive if I did LGD, osta and Msten
 
I like the 10mg idea, slow and steady gains that should be synergistic with your other compounds

He is just trying to keep things slow and not wreck his hpta all at one time. If I was doing a little 4 weeker I would run at 30mg, no second thoughts!
