Good leg session. Did my own routine. The one I've been doing takes so long, it cuts into my cardio time. Will probably modify the routines slightly to make sure my cardio is getting done.
GNO you will laugh at this...put all chip and cookie nuts in a bag and gave it to my daughter and told her to hide them somewhere. 2 days in a row they have sent me well over my goal. They just stare at me from the cabinet...so delicious. So until after Vegas, they will stay somewhere unknown to me.

12 minutes Maximum Resistance Elliptical

This is the only way the elliptical is effective for me. Going fast doesn't do it. Turn resistance all the way up and slowly churn the handles and feet and the sweat just rolls.

I feel you bro, it was a smart move. I'm cutting at much lower calories and scared to open a bag.

Great session this morning. My body composition seems to be changing daily. Hit 400g carbs yesterday to fuel up, and looked like a monster waking and flat. It's aggressive cut time this week. 2400 is the daily goal.

Had a little issue last night that got my BP and heart pounding and took me a couple hours to wind down. So sleep wasn't that good. I already have a pretty nasty temper that at my age I have managed to learn to control for, well a better life. But when you mess with my kids and have my girl crying, you put my self control to the test. Lets just say it's a good thing the other party involved wasn't there, because Trenned and Tested up Daniel might not be easy to deal with. I'm pretty sure the phone line was transmitting lightning bolts through the other end. Without going into all the details, we'll just say it's a Biological Dead-Beat Dad issue. My step-daughter is my daughter, so this guy hasn't earned the right to be hard on her. Touchy subject.

Agreed... roid rage is a myth. Sure a little extra hormone(s) amplify things but they don't turn off your brain or reason. Its not the roids, its people who can't control themselves.

This is the difference I notice. It's not that the steroids make me angrier all the time or any more than normal. I actually feel better about myself physically so my state of mind is actually better.

That being said, the combination of the Tren and cutting has made me a bit of a grump. But that's not roid rage.

BUT....

When mad there is a distinct difference. Look I know anger. And I know my anger. And I know my levels. Anger has been my unfortunate partner in life. And I've learned to control it. But last night there was a force behind it that I've rarely felt. If I were to unleash it on a victim it would not be pretty. And I do feel the steroids would fuel what was already there burning. There was a rage pounding that was enhanced by the hormones in my body.

So...control is key. But I can see that if someone on steroids were to lose control, it would turn into a magnified situation compared to maybe what it would be if they weren't on.
 
Also the going joke in my house right now is whenever my wife says something snippy or bitchy, I just touch her on the shoulder and say,

"Your roid-rage is out of control right now."

And it's a good laugh because I'm the nicer person in the house most of the time :-)

haha this is awesome. I always feel like I'm more level headed when I'm on simply due to the fact that I KNOW my fuse is shorter... Its like drunk driving... you swerve all over the road until you're drunk and then you concentrate really hard

Drop the tren down you have hit point of diminishing returns. Tren is different test is one where gradual increases work alot better tren is best lower and steady unless on a short run. In my experience

DAMN I don't check this log for a full day and It grows almost as fast as op himself!! lol the chip nuts thing blew my mind but was funny I know im a little late on that haha, and the roid rage definitely depends on the person I think, if someone didn't have self control and already some anger issues it seems they are the roidragers society speaks of, I have known a few myself, but you cant blame it on the roids though,

I am definitely feeling things out. I think I was responding better to the higher Test with moderate to low Tren. So I think I will go back to the 80-100 neighborhood of Tren for the duration. And raising Test to get things moving. Probably 600+mg/week.

Also switched brands of Tren as I received a complimentary vial to try for somebody, and I already believe it to be superior. My breathing is seriously labored, and I feel stronger just in the last few days since switching.
 
Also, as far as this cutting goes, it will be temporary. I have a little Vegas occasion coming up complete with Pool Party and Cabana and a lot of dress shirt events. So I want to look my leanest. But after this trip in 2 weeks, the duration of this cycle will move back to a lean bulk/recomp. Too good of an opportunity to build some muscle with the upped Test dosage. Will move to around 3300-3400 cals/day. I'm freaking starving on 2600.

Yea Cutting sucks!! i enjoy eating toomuch and though its nice to look ripped and shredded i feel to light in the ass but that's just speaking for myself, and that sounds freaking awesome bro! your more then ready for that, youll be droppin jaws at the pool haha.

Cutting is only good if your constantly in tank tops or no shirts you look huge otherwise regular close you feel small
 
Yes sir, i have noticed i was 192 and bulked the f up but i cut down some fat i was carrying from a natty bulk to 178 and people thought i was bigger! cause my waist shrunk i think so the proportioning stuck out more.. now im working on looking like that at 195-200, not sure if it will work with my body type but so far it seems good.

I feel your pain... been doing psmf the last few weeks to speed things up with eow refeeds but during the weeks... woof. 1600 cals including veggies... Friggin osta jacked up the beginning of my cut

Had a quick turn-around business trip to San Diego yesterday, so it was a rest day. And it felt good to eat with the customers. Mexican food for lunch. Felt so much better for the rest of the day and it got me thinking about my diet. I even went home and ate another big meal for dinner. The compounds I'm running and my training intensity demand more. I have to get it through my sick head that I am already pretty lean...just grow. And man the workout today felt sooooooo good.
mixedup Dude you're right. Well kind of. It's not that my returns were diminishing, I just switched to a much superior brand of Tren.The one I started with was ok, but I seemed to adjust to the doses quickly and able to increase them and then hit a wall. The Tren I'm using now is much more potent. I have to back down. I can't breathe all day long. My chest is tight constantly wheezing. Cardio is shot. Shoot, weight training is taxing on my lungs. Laid awake from about 1:30 this morning, before I just gave up on sleep.

Weight is 211. Everything is bigger. Shoulders and arms predominantly. Feel great though despite the Tren sides. Very happy about everything, but will not be starving anymore.

Flat DB Press / DB Rows / Trap Bar Shrugs x 4 Rotations (PR on DB Press...115's x 7)

Incline BB Press (155) / Lat Pull Downs (205) / DB Reverse Flys (20's) x 3 Rotations

35 minutes on treadmill long intervals of walking and steady jogging. Nothing intense.

Being hungry sucks. Not going for full on bulk. Just eating more to stay satisfied throughout the day. Watching the clock waiting for your next meal, like 2 hours ahead of time everyday is no way to live LOL!!
