Out of the "Game" for a while. Recommendations?

AM crew. Long time, no post.

Have been a member here for some years now, and check in pretty often. Although I try to stay savvy, I can't say I'm completely up to date.

Looking to have some fun this summer. Looking to get into a good cycle to gain strength, and stamina.

I'm training the olympic lifts, and I'm launching into a higher volume program coupled with stamina/conditioning work to build my engine. Looking for gains in strength, explosiveness, and recovery.

I've ran a cycle recently of 1-AD and 4-AD along with Dermacrine. I've been used to cycles of Epistane, H-Drol... those strides are much bigger. Understanding the ban however, I know choices are limited nowadays.

For my goals - strength, explosiveness and recovery.... with ideally minimal weight gain (like to stay around 195), what would you recommendation be? I like 6 week cycles, and have been eyeballing MSten and nasty little ones like that.
 
Not necessarily, but what I was leaning towards in the attempt to really bolster recovery and strides.

Have played around with a number of other compounds, most notable Ostarine, Anabeta, and Epic.
 
I meant that more in the "are you open to real aas vs just ph's" since you posted this in the anabolics section... Wasn't even gonna suggest natty stuff but I can if you'd like that as well?
 
Orbit still carries DMZ 2.0 and the Dermacrine you've used and is good alongside it

Might be your best Anabolic option right now

Or if you want natty options like Boone is suggesting you'll get a ton of replies in supplements

Boone, to answer your question correctly this time, I would be shying away from real AAS. Aiming for a PH cycle from what is left from the ban.

DMZ 2.0. Can any of you give insight on how you might compare DMZ 2.0 to MSten for lethargy, and for the ability to train cardio while on?

Focus is heavy on olympic weightlifting, but also seeking improvements in my interval training and conditioning. You guys rock.

Msten is known as more of a bulker so I'm not sure it's what you'd want as I assume weight class might come into play... Are you looking to shy away from weight gain and just want performance (strength, power, speed, etc)?
 
Boone, yes sir, you nailed it... I am 100% driven by performance. Speed, power, strength and recovery are paramount for me, and when able to, I try to keep the bodyweight down. I've climbed as high as 215 and I felt terrible. Conditioning was embarrassing. For fitness reasons I enjoy hitting that hard. Sitting at 195, I'd watch my macros carefully in an attempt to stay below 205. But again, performance is the goal so if the weight gain comes, so be it.

hmmm this will be a bit tougher with only the otc stuff that's left... if you can find it somewhere, I think dimethadrol made it through the dec. ban (it should be a nice strength/dry ph) but it may have been added since then, or at least dc'd.

I'll look around a bit more today and see what I can find

DMZ 2.0 is Msten, and Dimethazine. 10mg of each/cap. I've used DMZ @ 45mg and Msten @ 28mg/day, separately, and I can tell you that both offer excellent power increases, DMZ a tad more power and Msten a bit better recovery (and recovery was unbelievable on Msten, at that note - no oral has compared in this regards for me). Both offer excellent muscle fullness and strength endurance from all the glycogen storage, will add several lbs of lean mass in addition to the lbs of glycogen retention, and greatly increase vascularity if bf is low enough to display this. Both will give you pronounced back pumps and raise bp some, will damage the cholesterol profile, and will strain the liver (especially Msten). Msten @ 28mg/day had my pee browner than 15mg of M1T, which otherwise takes the cake from obvious signs of hepatic damage. DMZ seems to really increase the metabolism, and is the better strength compound and cutter. Msten is the better muscle-builder of the two. Msten also REALLY messes with your electrolytes, and massive cramping and waking up with charlie horses in my calf was a constant issue.

They seem to have a lot of synergy combined though, and Msten was side free @ 20mg. It's when I went to 28 that bp went through the roof, pounding headaches, liver was getting worked, exhaustion. @ 20 it has an almost euphoric, stimulant effect, and recovery is tremendous. DMZ @ 45 was stacked with Dianadrol @ 100mg, 1g of stanodrol (good only for bf reduction and some strength) and 9 caps of 1-andro (good for wanting to nap all day instead of doing anything and not much else), and my liver seemed happy as a toad in clover. It's very appropriate for stacking.

Take Msten @ 20mg/day with 30-50mg of DMZ/day for 6 weeks. Take 750-1,000mg of TUDCA/day, extra potassium, taurine (5-20g/day), and increase your water intake SIGNIFICANTLY and you'll be loving training. Also use something to help replace your natural test, because it's going to be gone by the end of week 2. Something with DHEA & pregnenolone like BPS Dermacrine, or epi-androsterone like Platinum Nutraceuticals Andro-300 would definitely be better than nothing, assuming you're not pinning any test. Run a full, thorough PCT w/ Clomid, Nolva, & a real AI (estrogen will rebound hard after using these orals and shutting everything down and gyno is common in PCT after these if you're not prepared for estro to come swinging back as test restarts).

You should be able to keep weight gain to within 10lbs if you are diligent with your diet, and 6 of those will come off after PCT when the water weight flushes off. Remember, the drugs aren't magic and you won't gain 20lbs unless you feed them for it.. Cardio will go to hell on any oral of any significant strength, and between that and cramps/pumps it's going to suffer. Price you pay for growth/power.
