AI on 1-Andro/4-Andro Very Mild Cycle?

Hey guys,

I'm starting a run of 1-Andro/4-Andro at 300mg/each per day. This is my first PH cycle so I'm only planning on running 4 weeks. Just want to get a feel for how my body responds. I know 4-Andro in particular has a propensity to aromatize, and some people recommend an AI while on it. I have a bunch of arimistane and am getting some exemestane just to be safe. I was planning to dose the Arim at 50 mg/d and only use the exem if I start to see estro-related sides. Does this sound like a good idea?

Also have a similar question on my PCT. I'm going to have both Ultra Male RX and Nolva on hand. Do you think for 4 weeks at these dosages I can just go with the Ultra Male and switch to Nolva if I have issues, or should I go ahead and start with the Nolva?

Sorry if these are stupid questions, I'm just new to this and want to make sure I have the best experience possible.
 
Nolva is needed for any shutdown, it's your body so better to be safe then sorry

I'm still new myself however the amount of research and readings I've done throughout the site, everyone going to suggest sticking with the nolva

Good move by having the exem on hand. I doubt you'll anything at all but better safe than sorry. Personally I've found that it's best not to use an AI unless you have to. Some Estrogen is needed for growth- exemestane would likely crush your estro on that light of a cycle. Also- use the nolva, you have it and nolva is pretty light on sides, at least for me. It shouldn't make you all emotional like clomid tends to.
 
Great, thanks. I will go ahead and plan to do the nolva. For the exem, if I do start getting itchy nips will I be good if start taking it regular dose at the first sign?

I would probably start at 6.25 eod if you feel it's needed and go from there.
 
Yes, some estro is good - joints, lipid profile, etc... I had Aromasin on hand, but didn't need it for 1/4 DHEA @ 8 weeks. And don't always be touching tour nips - you'll talk yourself into estro sides :)
 
Sorry for hijacking, I'm running a 1/4 andro cycle myself next month along side ostashred. I have inhibit-e for an ai, you guys think that'll be good enough if I need to use an ai?

Personally I would always have exemestane on hand incase you need something stronger it is your first cycle. You don't know how your body will respond.
 
I've ran dmz and msten, I'm going for something a little milder right now. Never had any estro sides, but I used OL Transform as an ai before the ban

Gotcha, your call. I'd still like to have something stronger than an herbal on hand just in case. Osta is shown to increase aromatizaton, and obviously 4-andro aromatizes.
