SHIFT PEScience

Hi
Use Shift with some other product? (stack?)

Hey. I probably should have mentioned I'm also using alphamine and ephedrine, but mildly, and I used caffeine and ephedrine during my cut last spring, so I'm confident the big change this year is Shift.

This is my cutting "stack" .
1. Morning: 2 Shift, 1 scoop alphamine, 12.5mg ephedrine HCL
2. Pre-workout 1 scoop alphamine, 12.5mg ephedrine HCL

That's it. I haven't noticed a major thermogenic effect with shift like some others have reported, but my appetite is way more suppressed and I seem to have more energy throughout the day. For reference, last spring I was doing 150mg caffeine and 12.5mg ephedrine HCL 3-4 times per day. I was way more jittery and lost weight more slowly. PES FTW

Sorry I was referring to Alpha T2 suggestions.

Alpha t2 2 in the morning and 1 before wo
Same story empty stomach upon wake up

Don't eat carbs after taking it, wait for at least 40 mins

If you stack with shift
2x shift + 1x alpha t2 upon wake up
2x alpha t2 pre wo after 6-8 h from the first dose

Remember no carbs near alpha t2

Cool thanks. My morning breakfast if my select protein in cups of skim milk and creatine and amino iv and some cacao. Is that small amount of carbs ok? I have the shake 30 minutes post waking up and taking my shift and Norco and also T2 when I get it.

I would wake up
Take my supplements
Wait at least 1h and a half
Eat

And if you could... Avoid skimmed milk, it's just water so useless, use water ;)

Thats incorrect about skim milk. Also if you are avoiding carbs after alpha T2 due to their effect on insulin then you have No business eating any protein either...

what is inside skim milk? I usually avoid every source of milk especially during a cut, this cause of lactose and things like that, regarding the skim milk, there are some proteins but better other sources and since he is going to take it with the select, why adding skim milk? what is incorrect? please elaborate if I went wrong I would like to learn :)

RE alpha t2 and proteins, that is completely fine, I just said, "I would" so that is what I would do, I have been using it for ages and I have noticed that taking it at empty stomach and wait for at least 1,5h in my case it had more effect than eating proteins after or with it.

Inside skim milk is the same as full cream minus most of the fat. Alot of the time skim has more protein per serving. In saying that you need to look at in the context of the persons dietary needs and goals.

here skimmed milk so, 5g of carbs so just sugar.... that is also why I would avoid it, and if i am not mistaken those carbs should be lactose.....

ok but its just 3g of proteins, that could be taken from other better sources no? dunno maybe its just my obsession for milk lol :)

Well that is 100ml serving size buddy, there will inevitably be more carbs in reduced fat products. Which isn't a bad thing at all particularly if you are not lactose intolerant. You are living in fairy land if you think you "clean" oat carbs are any different to milk carbs.

a carb isn't just a carb bro ;) there's complex carbs to, gotta wash those simple carbs to make them clean

oat carbs are not made by lactose if i am not wrong, and carbs in milk are indeed lactose, thats the difference, also GI and GL in oats is lower than milk carbs so i would go for oats instead of milk those are simple sugar/lactose, oats are not.

Fk sake dude, hes taking the piss..

oh well, drink your milk then, I rather have complex carbs and fiber than milk, thats me obs, everyone does what its better for his/her body

I am not going to derail this thread anymore, but you are better off not giving out any advice until you actually understand what is going on. Lactose is not a simple sugar firstly, its a disaccharide meaning its a bond between galactose and glucose. GI and GL who gives a shi+ about? are you a diabetic?

i was only joking bro, there's no good and bad carbs, as long as your hitting enough fibre your fine. no need to avoid any foods (i usually would go for 15g per 1000 calories) I don't have anything against "eating clean" just the misinformation that is pushed around about anything outside what some consider "clean"

my bad lactose is not a simple one, I looked it up now. Said that, again lactose could give bloating issues to some and some can be not tolerant to it so easy to take carbs from other sources that, again, can be better.
I am not diabetic but you should know better than me how GI and GL could affect insulin..... therefore I do give a s*** about it, and again, this is my personal opinion.

I am trying to help not to give wrong advice and if i go wrong i will learn and be tankful to ppl that explain to me the reasons of why i went wrong.

What they're trying to say is if you don't know, don't say anything... Giving wrong advice is worse than giving none at all...

And to the earlier point, protein will spike insulin to some degree as well so having a shake (even with water) will do just the same as having carbs as it pertains to impacting fat burning supps that require low/no insulin present to achieve their max effect.

What's the best time frame you guys are using to eat after taking shift? I've been waiting an hour and not taking with protein in the morning the last few days and I don't really feel a difference. Should I wait longer before eating?

I am taking it upon wake up and wait 2h before eating and it is working good for me, it even suppressed my hunger totally the first day :)

Thanks for the support man.

When are you doing cardio? Also, did you order Target-A2 or Alpha-T2?

I guess he was talking about alpha t2 ;)

If it were me I would take it with Alphamine first thing upon waking for appetite suppressing properties or pre workout. :)

I'm just running it solo for now then maybe bottle 2 with alphamine and then 3rd bottle with Norco drone

I find it really appetite suppressor in solo :) enjoy your run mate :)

I take it upon waking and wait at least an hour before eating. Serious appetite suppression not just acutely, but for the whole day while in a deficit.

breezy

I do cardio twice a week after workout in the late afternoon before dinner.

Dang it. I ordered Target A2

What does it do compared to Alpha T2

Ops sorry I got confused lol

Wait for some rep they will explain for sure better than me

Target A2 is Alpha-Yohimbine, while Alpha T2 has multiple ingredients, one of them being a special extract of Yohimbine.

So for love handle removal :thinkerg: which one should have I ordered?

Target a2 :) but this will shine during cardio sessions so take it and then at least 20 min fasted cardio and in this way you will target for sure the love handles ;)

My cardio is HIIT. Not a fan of jump rope :)

We will see how this stuff goes and will get the Alpha stuff next go around.

We discontinued alpha t2 actually in favour of our new caffeine and yohimbe free fat burner Shift. Target A2 will work for stubborn fat with a good diet and training regimen

Dude, you've gotta relax a bit on the advice and let the reps do the talking... You went from not knowing anything and daily complaints about "bloat" and "water" to knowing the perfect protocol for every supp... Just relax and listen for a bit ha

Is it wrong taking it fasted and perform cardio, HIIT for example, for at least 20 minutes? If I'm not mistaken this is what is suggested on the AN forum. I've been following that advice and I thought it was worth mentioning it here

It's not necessarily wrong, but it's also not the only way. And there's no reason to set 20min as the number... Just let the reps rep and give the advice on how best to take their product. We can give our advice other places

I was just trying to help. I didn't want to make any confusion, sorry if I did.

Will do Kb. TY

You purchased what was recommended bud (Target-A2). I just wanted to make sure, as there seemed to be some confusion after that.

Thanks for the links. Was looking through them and I am not sure if what I am currently taking will be too much and the timing based on my day in a life for working out.

Here is what I have and how I currently use it and how my day goes. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Wake up take Alphamine, Norco and Shift (soon to add Target A2) on empty stomach. Eat breakfast about 30-45 minutes later (select protein with creatine, amino iv, cacao, CLA, fish oil, Vemma (vitamin), left over raspberry ketones along with some coffee bean hydrocut (until I run out - should I get more?) and EP in 2 cups skim milk blended) then off to work.
Two hours later have some almonds for snack. Then lunch about two hours later (second batch of fish oil, CLA, Rasp KT, Coffee bean). 5-6 hours after breakfast have second does of Norco and Shift.
4:00 take my HV on my way to the gym. MTW work out days (MW - HIIT post training) Post work out have some amino iv and select protein with second does of EP.
Some sort of dinner and done for the day.

Sorry not written in the best format, but you can see my routine and how I have planned it out (right or wrong). It is just how I have been able to make into my daily life. Have a family I have to cook for and eat along with, so harder to stay as clean as I would like, but I certainly try my best without having my wife and/or kids asking daddy why don't you anything but chicken

Thoughts and comments welcome knowing there is no totally one best way and each person is different, but your opinions help. Thanks

If you're dosing Alphamine and Norcodrene together, I wouldn't add in Target-A2 with the combo.

If you wanted, you could either save the Target-A2 for another run, or throw in a cap with your second dose of Norcodrene and Shift.

Just updating on my experience. I was down to 192 after losing 1.5 pounds 2 days in a row, on Friday. I then had a cheat meal (larger than I normally do), shot up to 197 and as of this morning I'm down to 192.5. This isn't totally atypical of how my week goes. I'll probably be down to 189-190 or so by Friday morning....it doesn't seem like Shift is having any dramatic impact, but it's been less than 2 weeks, so the final verdict is not in yet.

I convinced my GF to run this solo (she is also doing a PSMF) and we will see how she does. Unfortunately, she has spent the last 2 days in the bathroom....I guess Forskolin effects her. I could take 200 mg and not feel a thing. 50 mg sends her to the toilet every 10 minutes. I hope she gets over that in the next day or so....or she will probably stop taking it.

Thanks man. I have been thinking this...but with it recommending empty stomach I've been holding back....haha. Will see what she wants to do.
