Also I've been sleeping 8-12 hrs a day. I work and sleep, eat then sleep again. On my days off I always train then sleep then eat then sleep again. I'm unsure if bad hormones are to blame or fatique accumulation from overreach is to blame lol.

Dude, I think I've been sleeping too much too. I'm always tired, it sucks. I slept at least 12 hours today including multiple naps and all I want to do is sleep right now, but I have some BS to get finished

Yeah I hate it. I'm leaning towards fatique accumulation being the cause maybe. How long have you been this tired?
 
This whole semester through now. I've had zero motivation outside of the gym.

Ah, I've been there. It sucks. I just had to decide to be more motivated and made it a habit. Mine isn't a lack of motivation but a strong feeling of fatique and if I lay down I'm out and asleep in minutes.
 
I hear ya. It just sucks that I have to pop caffeine to work up the motivation to do a little task that takes 30 minutes. Maybe I'm just a bum
 
Not headaches, but I have zero motivation to do anything and in extremely sluggish (like today, no caffeine)

Just sounds to me like your addicted to caffeine so I'd either lower your tolerance and suffer through a few days or create a more stable caffeine schedule to smooth out the highs and lows.

Started to loosen up and was really getting the glutes to fire at the bottom.
Pause squat in flats with moderate stance
145x3x3, easy fast and actually hit depth with no hip pain or knee pain and control with glutes firing. Just happy hips opened up and surprised with my leg I could do most of this.
Notes: hip work was the hardest part of the day by far. Leg hurts. Still can't bend all the way yet I can squat after working into it? Beats me.
 
I'm not shocked that the Larsen presses felt unstable. Lol.

Thanks bud. After this meet I'll do it a few times just for you. But I'm not complaining I have some time to sleep. I'm grateful. I always respect what's parents due for their kids. You won't sleep for days and your kids won't be any the wiser, sure your significant other may never hear the end of it but the kids are never effected.
 
Woke up feeling rough today. My original guess was correct. I have been crushing my estrogen levels. Does not hold well for squats tonight but means I can address it before the meet. Knees hurt sitting down and getting up from a chair lol.

Notes: the hardest part of this workout was the warmup. That's how beat up I was. I had an up call from a strict depth lifter to make sure I wasn't high. I had the tightest wrap ever on the PR sets. Not only did he wrap as tight as he could I also pulled it and helped him on each rotation. Brutal. The rest was light rehab and balance work. Finally know what carryover in wraps feels like. Came forward a touch on the 545 then corrected and smashed it. I can't wait to rest.
 
I was 220 about 5-6 days ago. I'm now 216 again. The fatigue accumulation from peaking as tanked my appetite and sleep patterns. One more day. Maybe some burgers too lol.
 
Careful as you let estro come up some to watch weight - if your knees hurt now, you're dried out some and you'll gain some weight in subq water as you return to a healthier range. Does your bird still fly at full force? If the soldier is still swinging, you didn't crush it too bad too long.

Strong is not the word I would use. Libido has dropped as has force. I'm aware some bloat will come. I'm sticking to my macros for the most part ATM. I will ask you this. I have liquid adex. Its from rui and very strong at .5mg EOD. Would you drop to .25mg EOD or somewhere between those two? Since I can do so with the liquid and couldnt do it with pills.

Thanks man! It is shaping up well. You will get stronger and better. I honestly should be much stronger then I am in the squat. 3 years ago at 201lb raw with no wraps I squatted 475 in my first meet. So my progress hasn't been THAT great in the raw relm.
 
If you're on .5mg eod currently then yes, see what .25 eod does to remedy this. If it drags its feet coming up you could try e3d, or add more dbol (especially last week prior to meet). But you really don't want estro to rise too rapidly, so be patient - I personally think violent increases in estro affect gyno worse than total e2 levels.

Cool ill make that change thanks. Dbol is 20-30mg a day. Not consistent right now as I find my sweet spot and timing. Thanks for the help. I have ralox I havent had to use waiting for me if I need it. Plus I already have gyno that has been reduced from the Dex. So its deff low.
 
Yeah if gyno is shrunk even while on dbol and no nolva or ralox you're def crushing it good right now - my gyno swells while on any steroid (like a chick on her period, really). So you're low. Just pull back some and listen to your body.

Thanks bud. I will say I look really good ATM. But looking good doesn't mean a big total lol! My gyno wasn't even flaring when my e2 tested at 100. Which I was shocked about. Trest made it bad hence the high adex dose.

I crushed my estro in a letro only cycle, for a good 6wks I bet couple years back. I didn't really know what I was doing at all. Gyno shrunk a lot, but it comes back as soon as you finish the taper off really. Nightsweats, achey painful popping joints, hot flashes, no libido. Pecker didn't really work worth a damn for several months. I looked awesome as dry as I was, but there were multiple girls I had to send home disappointed lmao

Good news on the joints man. I took OG erase 2-3 years back and that tore my knees up, i couldnt even imagine what overdosing a legit pharm ai would be like.

It was compounding I'm sure. But the old erase never really got to me that bad. It was bad with the a Dex though.

Arimistane (Erase) doesn't actually lower estrogen very well at all - most bloodwork shows it's almost negligible. But it does dry you out a lot, including the joints - it's harder on me than most real AIs.
