Question to any of the Peformax Labs reps, I'm getting ready to start a 2 jar cycle of Alphamax on Mon 5/18/15
and I was going to dose 2 caps first thing in the a.m. with my cissus on an empty stomach and my 2nd dose
I was planning on taking it as soon I come from work at night about 10 -15 min before my meal dose that sound
good to you guys. I have past experience with ALL the ingredients in Alphamax but since it's the first time using
this product I wanna make sure I take it the best way so when I do a final review whether the product works for me
or it doesn't I don't want anyone telling me later that I dosed it the wrong way and that's why I didn't get any results if that
happens.

If possible I would try to take last dose prebed. The ZMA and Ldopa will be great for deep sleep that way.

First dose looks good.

yeah that's not a problem. AM/Pre-Bed dosing is more popular though because as cubs mentioned the ingredients give you a deeper sleep when taking 30-45min before bed (sometimes I take mine right before I fall asleep). You can always take it before dinner though

My dose in the evening which I was planning on doing would be 10 min before dinner when I get home from work and
dinner is usually two sources of protein such as a chicken breast, 8 oz of cottage cheese, small salad and a source of
fat such as almonds, walnuts, or cashews and then about an hr later I hit the bed so what's better 10 min before
my meal or right after my meal but I don't like to drink water 1/2 before sleep because I don't want to have to wake up to
use the bathroom because it just KILLS my sleep because I take too long to fall back to sleep if I get in the middle of the
night and when that happens I'm don't feel fully rested in the morning and I train first thing in the a.m. so I need my straight
6 to 7 hrs of sleep. I already know from my past experience that herbal test boosters work well on enhancing sleep so I'm
already looking forward to that with this supplement.:)
