Sweetlou's training log

So I have no idea what low e feels like anymore. Does lethargy, fluctuating libido, dry, lack of sweating, and knee pain sound like it? BC this all started around when I started the adex. Wondering if coincidence or cause?
 
Wish I could help, bud. A low e stretch for me is when my nips aren't overly sensitive lol.
 
All of those symptoms above definitely could be (at least partially) attributed to low E. (Only one im unsure of is the sweating).

Notes: 4hrs if squatting and nothing to show for it. My head wasn't right, I had to warm up for forever and still was off. Missed everything. Scratching all of meet prep. Overreach on sat has ruined me. Also very close to pulling out of the meet since im missing so much andy confidence is shot.

You said your last heavy squat session will be 10 days out? I think that's ample time to let your body catch up. You may have been a little aggressive in your peaking protocol (complete speculation), but that's nothing to stress about now. Address it later.

I think I was deff aggressive. Esp in the deadlift. I think I could have pulled that back a touch and smashed the rest.

Any recommendations other then dont miss?
 
Also does everything think I should still overreach my bench or pull back on it a touch to allow for some recovery before next weeks squat?
 
Wouldn't worry about bench negatively affecting your recovery. But do what you thinks best. No other recommendations, to be honest. I think you'll accomplish your goals.
 
Pull back on bench. Today may have just been one bad day, but no need to chance it. And you just saw what you could hit in the weeks prior before you were peaked, so you should expect to be able to hit those even without timing your overreach perfectly. You're way stronger than you were, no reason to pull out of the meet when you're still gonna hit big PRs.

Stick with the meet! I ditched a weight less than my opener a month out. Told my wife 4x that I was going to bail on the meet. Meet prep sucks and it's stressful. You got this, man. It's Blues Clues shît!

Thanks man. I think next time I'll have someone else write my meet prep for me. Its hard to manage them all myself.
 
Do NOT use something with Yohimbe, Rauwalscine, Yohimbine, Quebracho, R. Vomitoria or any other name it will be listed as - being allergic to yohimbe is very real, over 20% of users I've heard estimated by some bro study. The important thing is, I know it f*cks me up and it does for many guys - and real like anecdotes matter more than bs studies anyway. Everyone else usually has good times, but if you're allergic you'll know cuz it will drag your training down for sure and last much longer than you'd expect. Like 4-5 hours usually for me.

I made a last minute move to use a product w/ yohimbe on meet day this past go around, when I was already so totally focused on squatting 501, and my anxiety & heartrate were so horrific I nearly vomited. I could barely warm up, was sweating profusely, and looked like death. It was nearly impossible to control my thoughts and fears, or keep my heart down, and it just exhausted me. And I never get nerves like that. It finally wore off my deads and I was ripping PRs left and right and felt great the whole time.

Whatever you use, start playing with it now - no last minute adjustments. I strongly recommend something with Amentoflavone. Olympus Labs' Demi-God version of Conqu3r is pretty awesome. Add some creatine mono and g2g.
 
Also are you still considering an oral? How far out are you? If you're not using one and have at least 10 days, SD @ 20mg/day til meet will definitely be some powerful insurance. Not going to help that blood pressure any though certainly, (or cholesterol, or appetite, or energy levels, or....). But you can gain the weight since you're going 220 so no issues there.

I'll stick to what I'm currently using ATM. Maybe get some conquer demi god edition since its close to my current stack. On my heavy days and use 1/2 or a little more katana with 12.5mg ephedrine. I needed a little more today but oh well. Just curious as after the meet I wanted to try some new stuff.

Currently using some test p and 20mg dbol a day. Health is improving day by day as the trest cycles out of my system. It was killing my bp. I'm 3 weeks out ATM. I'm about 216-217 ATM. Not overly bloated or anything. Eating a little more too. About 400 cals more. I had a cheat meal last night before squats but the cards just weren't in my favor.

Extra workout:
45min of PVC pipe rolling and mobility. Worked a lot on my hips and now my squa pattern feels right. I will be making these 45min mobility sessions a priority for at least 4-5 days a week here on out.

I use to do those sessions 4-5 times a week always but with working full time and trying to get more sleep I switched to 1-2 times a week. That was a mistake it seems. Didn't bother me on the rep work just now with the max effort work.

Congrats man!

Time for a career change. I'm too young to resign myself to a career I'm not passionate about in the slightest. I figure I'm young, intelligent, and don't have anyone to support but myself - now is the time to pursue things I find more intriguing. Onward, to new horizons and new challenges!
