SERM help?

Okay well I'm on my third week of taking a serm,
Im dosing it 40/40/20/20
but I ran out of my first vial of serm on my 2 week so i had to pick up another bottle
so i had to dose half my 2 week at 20
should I run 40mgs this week an just bridge down from there?
like 40/20/10?
or should I just go 20/10/10

Honestly I feel back to normal already.
I ran a 7 week cycle of DMZ. so im just curious.

no other choice than to grab a second bottle and continue on making it a full 4 weeks on PCT.

You may feel better, but think of it this way...what if you only did 2 wekks of DMZ and then stopped??? You need a full dose.

40/40/20/10 is fine. You should be good to go.

The ket to PCT is recovery but also to taper you SERM and AI down towards the end. Sometimes I like to add in a 5th week at 5mg of Nolva, if I have a small amount left.

I would say that's fine especially since it's normally 10/10 the last two weeks. haha
