1st time ive logged something before, so im open to suggestions.
History- Have done many cycles of msten, clostebol, and epi. This will be my second stack ive ever done. My goals are to shred fat and gain alil bit of lean muscle and strength at the same time.

Stats- 6'0 178 about 10-12%BF
Bench- I don't do barbell very much, maybe once a month. Dumbbells are life. I stick between the 75's and 90's
Deads-465 1rm
Squat- 305 (still need a lot of work on these i.e form and frequency)

Cycle

Epi- 30/45/45/45
Tren- 60/90/90/90
Organ shield cycle support
Protein
Mr.Hyde PWO
Multi Vit
Arimidex and caber if any estro related sides occur
Will be getting hawthorn berry. And also taurine if back pumps get too bad.

PCT
Nolva
Clomid
(yes I run both of them)

Have you considered running this cycle for 6 weeks? Epi/tren takes a little while to kick in, 6 weeks would be optimal. Try to keep the pwo to a minimum, Mr Hyde has a butt load of caffeine if I remember right. Stimson can make bp a big problem. A natural anabolic like epic unleashed would be perfect for your pct to help keep gains. Epi is notorious for estrogen rebound, I would run exemestane in pct at 0/0/6.25/6.25/6.25/6.25
 
I was thinking about it. I only have 1 bottle of the olymp tr3n @90 caps and 1 bottle of olymp epi @120 caps. I was thinking that maybe could just run the tr3n for 4 weeks then finish out the 5th and 6th week of just epi? would that work? and duley noted on the epic unleashed and exeme. might as well give it a shot, im open for trying anything. and as for the hyde, ive noticed how bananas the epic and tren has made me already w/o any pwo even on the 1st day. so im going to keep the pwo to a half scoop and take it from there. if you suggest anything else let me know :)
 
With the 120caps of Ep15tane you can run 6 weeks of it.

Maybe if you keep the tr3n on 60mg you can make it a six week cycle.

I think this is a better option than the 4 week cycle or the split cycle.

I'm on 90mg of tren right now and have no prolactin sides, I've heard it really doesn't become an issue until 120mg or more but better to be prepared like you are
 
sounds perfect, that's a little more reassuring to hear that. when I go to the gym today I will post my workout and yesterdays workout (when I started). Im really looking forward to this cycle and everyones input on it. thank you guys so much for your help so far, that's why I love this forum so much! so many friendly gym rats!!:You_Rock_Emoticon:

incline db bench- 65x10 70x10 75x8 70x10
flat db bench- 55x10 60x10 65x9 65x8
incline db flies- 35x10 40x10 45x9 50x7
chest dips bwx15 bwx12 bwx10 bwx8
barbell curls-75x10 75x10 80x8 80x6
preacher curls WG- 70x10 80x9 80x8 Drop set on last set-50x8

these weights were interesting, I overestimated my strength a lot. my new plan I just started as you can see is 8-10 rep range. the one before was very low reps. deff going to take some getting used to. one of the main things is doing my incline before my flat. I haven't done that in forever so im looking forward to the adaptation.

overall I felt really good in the gym, Im starting to get that alpha feeling in the gym, but im not a douche so I donnt act like it. The "ultrafest" of a dubstep/drum and bass party I have in my head via headphones its a lot more intense. focus and aggression is on point. calories are in check. my veins already show a decent amount, but during workout, looked like they were sticking out atleast a half inch lol. looking forward to my next work out. will be kepping yall posted.

Sorry guys I've been super busy with new job and moving/getting new internet as well. Since its been a few days I'll just post today's work out and start from here goin every day. I apologize but I don't really remember my last few workouts verbatim.

Been feeling amazing when I get into the gym, can feel more aggression throughout the week. Have gained 3 lbs so far, prolly from eating more, but haven't lost any cut at all. Staying vascular and sticking to a lot of chicken and fish as my meals. Week 2 will start on Sunday (tomorrow) will be goin up to 45mg of epi and keeping the tren the same. No sides what so ever except my knee felt a lil dry on leg day. Didn't really bother me but on squats. I'll keep you guys posted! Sorry about the late response but I'll keep yall posted :))!
