REVOLUTIONary Gains Time!!

Good luck with the surgery. And I understand the 'Funk' thing .... we all go through it from time to time .... the key is to go THROUGH it and not let it stop you in your tracks ..... you will get through it all. This fitness/bodybuilding game isn't a sprint .... its a lifelong marathon full of lifes ups and downs. sometimes its two steps forward one step back but as long as you stay dedicated and do all you can to keep your mind right you WILL succeed. Trust me .... I have been through hell that I would not wish on my worst enemy and I am still here ..... got a 100% success rate of making it to another day ;)

Saying a prayer for your surgery Mark!

Thanks for your encouragement. I have progressed. I should be happy with that.

Thanks. I have had skin cancer before. It came back in 1 spot and I also have a precancerous spot that needs removal. I will get one of these taken care of tomorrow. Its location is not the greatest. It could be worse though :)

I hit a new PR on bb bench press: 275 for 1 rep. BW: 176 at the moment

BOOM

Double Boom

Thanks guys. Doctors went well. Had my abdomen and shoulder taken care of. Stitches on the abdomen and scratch and burn procedure done on my shoulder. No lifting next week I'm afraid. I think I will try cardio instead.

Glad all went well. Call it your deload and lay low bro.

Glad the surgery went well. Congrats on pressing 275! Awesome!

Awesome PR Mark! Good luck with the rest/rehab

Thanks guys! I'm not sure how long I'm going to be able to rest though. We will see how I feel and how the healing goes

This time last year I had to sit out a little over a month because of eye surgeries. Then, my first month back I had to take it VERY easy. I had blood in eye that they were worried about leaking further.

I gained a load of weight, but other than that strength came back quickly. Don't rush in too fast.

Your probably right. I am supposed to not do much with weights for 10-14 days so stitches don't pop

That's really not that long. An extended deload, even. If you have any areas that have been nuisances (for me it would be a bicep and rotator cuffs), now would be a good time to fit in mobility work and stretches.

Great idea. Thanks Thomas

It's inspirational that everyone in this log is so dedicated that rest days and surgery recovery are treated as "evil"! Lol. Heal fast brother.

Thanks Mark. That is interesting to note. I am thinking about resting from heavy weights and doing a bunch of high rep accessory work

Final Review: 4/9 - 5/2 time period
I would like to thank the FinaFlex reps for not only giving me the opportunity to log Revolution Test, but also encouraging me throughout my log with their active involvement.

My goals were to gain strength, add some size and lean out a little. If you see my comparison stats, you will notice that my goals were accomplished. I had some set backs along the way, which I feel kept my from really showing what Revolution Test can do.

I started with 2 caps a.m. and 2 caps p.m. I felt this work the best for me. However, the bottle has 60 capsules and wouldn't go very far if I kept that up. I dropped down to 2 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Promotion of lean muscle mass: 4/5
- I gained 2 pounds and dropped bf from 12.7 to 12. That's not very much, but I didn't add any cardio or change up my diet to loss bf. I noticed the biggest change in my shoulders, adding over an inch.

Increased strength: 5/5
- I added new PR's for 1 rep max on bb bench press and standing overhead press.
- I added new PR's for reps on bb bench. I believe this shows increased stamina.
- I was able to use 80lb dbs for seated overhead press (I haven't gone over 60lbs in years)

Increased stamina and focus: 4/5
- As already stated, I hit new PR's for reps on bb bench.
- I am using the Sheiko training program and feel Revolution Test helped my get through each day's workout because of the increased intensity, focus and stamina.

Libido: my libido is very good as it is and therefore I didn't notice a change.

Mood enhancer: 4/5
- I'm off it now and I can tell that when I was on it I was had more energy, drive and was in a better mood throughout the day.

I believe Revolution Test is a good product. I think it would be better if the bottle contained 120 capsules. It seems that most test boosters like this shine around the fourth week through the eight week. I have to say that I did see results in just four weeks and with that I am satisfied.

Thanks again for the opportunity to use and log Revolution Test!

Rockin log! Nice job Mark!!
