GNO had it at the arnold the same time i got my pint

But honestly if you read the recall on the main jeni's site and look at the lot numbers that were recalled the pint i have is no where near the #'s they recalled or ones they have found the listeria in

700 decicit with a 1400 cheat per week still loses 1 pound a week

My initial few weeks I lose a lot faster from water weight, depending on the previous calories first week is an easy 5

I would not say my weightloss is very drastic
I am still eating around 2000 calories and have dropped almost 20 pounds. I think a major woosh just hit me
could not sleep at all last night and my stomach was rumbling. When i diet my weightloss is very inconsistent because i drop in chunks not in a linear fashion like some people.

I have not chaned my calories/macros in almost a month and still losing (or at least weekly average is lower) so why fix what ain't broken
best part is my cheats are getting larger every week and i drop quicker.

Goes to show how depleted i am.

The best is a double meat wicked with provolone, pepper jack, and cheese whiz. Add some avocado to that and light mayo and crispy strings... Ahhh. I hate cutting. Every shift I get a chicken spinach bowlwich. I need wickeds in my life again. Lol
 
I'll be on the lookout for these. I love Ritz Bits and you can't really go wrong with bacon flavor.

I don't much like the idea of a cheat meal just to have one anymore

For me cheat meals are on holidays with family or in a social setting where it would be awkward to not partake

If I had one every tome I saw food that looked good I'd be huge ;)

I get damn good meals in with planned refeeds and I am happy with that

Day after my cheat meal and already baselined in weight after that small water weight bump. in for new lows!
 
Yesterday was my graduation party. Not a single macro was counted that day. Homemade Potato salad, slow smoked pulled pork, homemade cheese dip, a sheet cake, insane amounts of cookies, and a few different candies. I don't even want to know the amount of calories I had!

Cooking for family and a recipe I never made before hope it comes out good

nah i do not watch a lot of movies. Do not have enough free time.
when i do watch movies its like 15-20 minute increments.
Do too many things outside of work as well on the side. Constantly busy.

As I ventured down the pint I did run into some legit size cookie dough pieces. Small round balls that you would get when making a customized ice cream at coldstone. These were full size balls of cookie dough, that were soft, light, and packed a dense amount of cookie dough flavor. Combine that with a cookie dough base and the flavoring was very strong. Strong enough to the point i questioned if I should pour myself a cup of milk on the side. The liquid chocolate chips remind me of baked chocolate chips biting into a cookie right out of the oven. Melt in your mouth and scattered all over the place. After a few spoonfuls they were hit or miss throughout the pint. Besides only a half dozen cookie dough balls and a lacking amount of chocolate chips this will get a B Grade.

Grade: B
