The Enanthate ester expands Testosterone’s half-life to that of 10 days, and blood plasma levels of the hormone remain elevated for a total period of approximately 2 – 3 weeks

You can but it will make levels fluctuate more you have to remember half life keeps spliting
so if you take 500mg Mon and 500 next Monday your release looks like this
week 2 days 8 to 14 250mg on day 10
Week 3 days 15 to 21 375 mg 250mg day 17 125mg day 20
week 4 days 22 to 28 125mg day 27
it's not exact but the fluctuation in weekly amonuts good be evened out a lot more by shooting 2x a week

yes its fine. its mostly what I do, ill do 2x a week if more volume. but you can do 2x a week for more stable levels if you dont mind pinning.
