My sincere apologies for being MIA, got caught up with a nasty cold and took entire last week off. I kept up the Combustion and now its all gone.
I must admit that this was my first try of a supplement in the weight reduction category and I'm impressed with its performance. I basically attempted to use it in a recomp fashion where I wanted to maintain weight but decrease only fat. My weight did drop early on and then was more steady. I have noticed the stubborn fat of the midsection has diminished to a certain degree. My diet was pretty much all over the place. At times I was very diligent and made wise food choices but true to my nature I had a few binge days. Luckily for me the binge days did not have any real impact at all which was surprising so I'll file them under "refeed days" for now.
Based upon the positives that I experienced with the use of Combustion I can recommend its use. Great support community as well !
