Dead Lifts

What other lifts (accessory if you will) do you guys do on your Deads day?
My splits really vary depending on my work schedule. I do back/front squats. 3-4 days/week. I don't have just a "leg" day per say. What are some good complimentary lifts to do after DL? Thanks.

Good mornings.
Rack pulls.
Hip thrusts.
Leg curls.
Leg extensions.
Leg press.
Calf raises.
Romanian deads.
Hyper extensions.
SLDLs.

I feel db deads are a great accessory for aftrr bb deads.

Concentration on the movement vs weight moved.

The way I look at it is..I do bb deads for weight and db deads to lock in my form. Same pathway different emphasis.

I also do deads and squats on the same day 2x a week. Growth city.

I normally do deads on thier own, and really focus on hitting my maximum capacity, then i like to drop the weight and do some volume with rdl's.

I usually go deads and then either back or biceps or alittle of both.

This was my training from yesterday. It actually went really well.

Dead Lifts
2 sets warm up at 135
315x10 x 10 sets

Leg press
640x10 730x10 850x10 940x10 1050x10 1220x10

Then i knocked out an 40 mins of bis and tris. Alot of 21's, close grip bench for high reps and skull crushers. All in all worked well. I often like to even superset legs with arms and take minimal rests. When your working arms your legs are resting and vise versa

1220 by 10 on leg press is pretty dang good!

I do deads on my back and bi day. Only problem is I need to use straps for much of the workout because starting with heavy deads will kill your grip strength for the rest of the workout.

A heavy back day goes something like:
Deads: Ramp up then do 5 sets of working weight for 5-7 reps
Overhead press: 5x8
Pullups: 3 sets AMRAP
Lat pulldowns: 3x15
Barbell rows: 4x10

Barbell bicep curls: 4x10
Dumbell curls: 3x15

Farmer's walk: 3 laps around the track with 45lb plates.

Good luck holding on to the steering wheel on your way home.
