Hi Everyone! I am gonna post up my cycle and post cycle plans which i will be starting in just two days.
My focus is on pure aesthetics on this cycle as a bulk.

My weight is currently 191 at 15% BF according to my scale.
My Goal was to reach 210 by the end of my bulk but for this cycle i am gonna make it a more reasonably and reachable goal.
My Goal is to reach 205, while only gaining 2% BF at the most.

My Main goal will be to increase the size of my Biceps. Now i know that isnt a priority for people and at the same time most people just want big biceps. My Biceps honestly arent within proportion of the rest of my body and that is due to training them improperly by not keeping them activated through the movement. Just because i say this though doesnt mean i wont be focusing on chest back legs triceps and traps tho, as well as my calves.
I have measurements for the start as followed:

Chest: 42,3/4 in.
Arm R: 14, 13/16in.
Arm L: 15in.
Calf R: 15 1/16in.
Calf L: 15in.

not worried about size of legs, I just want strength in my leg

DIDNT KNOW MSTEN CAN CAUSE gyno, thats why you are adding Exemestane right?

Any time you mess with your hormones you take the risk of getting gyno, always be prepared my friend

thanks bro, 1 more q', would Transform be enough for a msten cycle? I have done 3 hdrol cycles before with no issues.
 
I'm subbed. Pump up those biceps! I know a lot of killer tricks for beefing up the arms. With your stats you oughta have 17-18 arms. Hit me up if you want some pointers.

Yeah I know! My arms should be bigger. For a while I only focused on compound movements and just moving the weight but that all changed about a year ago ago now I'm really working on breaking down my whole body. I sent you a msg. Pm me back about them tips unless you'd rather post them up here. I would very much appreciate that!

Form should keep you straight on cycle but what about pct? Form is suppressive and really doesn't belong in pct imo.

For PCT a SERM all the way, Clomid...What I mean is, if Transform will be enough to contro any estro sides from msten, not for PCT =D

I feel as though I should have mentioned my height lol, 5'8"
191 @ 15% on 5'8 frame? That's solid. Hit your 205-210 goal and then cut to 10% or below and you will be a Titan. I'm currently @ 212/12-14% on a 6'2 frame. Still a little on the skinny side. I Def have muscle and definition but I want a stockier build. New goal is 225-230 <15%. Maybe all the way up to 250 as a long term goal. Good luck with your goal and keep us updated.

I am 5ft 1in under 13.5% bf

Both arms are over 15 inch
Neck is 17.5
and you got like 30lbs on me

And there are pictures of me all over the forum showing me at those stats
 
Are you saying your arms are 1inch bigger? And yes I'm sure they are correct unfortunately lol, I'm positive I measured them correctly I am a personal trainer after all. I just never focused on arms and always lifted for biceps incorrectly by now squeezing. I used to train just for strength and focused a lot on compound movements
 
Oh disregard my first statement about asking f your arms are 1inch bigger. My phone is cracked and I didn't see that you wrote 15 lol

Alright. First week down.
I must say the second third and fourth day killed me in the sense of lethargy. Idk if it was lack of sleep or what but I don't think my sleep has hanged but I feel good now. One thing I noticed right away was my endurance increased a good bit. A lot less time resting. Strength gains are coming. I don't want to say much on just the first week. But according to my scale I gained 5.5 lbs and 1% BF. I know these things aren't entirely accurate with BF but it does make me think maybe I ramped up my calories too soon. I think I should drop my calories a little bit.
 
You're gaining already. That's what you want. Don't drop em. Just make sure it's super clean Cals. Body fat can fluctuate 1% in just a few days normally anyway.

So I'm gonna keep my calories the same. And as far as any sides or anything great or anything out of the ordinary I'll post it up. And I'll also post up my weight and BF again in a week
 
Go for the gains. Do yourself a favor and don't get caught up on the %. It's good to track weekly but use the mirror as the real test. Do you like the changes? I can get down to <10% fairly easily and quickly. Personally I prefer myself at 13-15%. Not as defined but bigger and muscular. I don't use calipers unless posting specifics for a log. The mirror tells me if I'm gaining too much fat.
 
Yeah. Id say I still look the same as far as fat goes in the mirror. And I used to be a hard gainer. Like real hard gainer lol. I cut very very well. I'm just worried about being to big from fat and my skin not being tight enough once I'm cut. You know what I mean?
 
Another f**king amazing arm day thanks to Jebrooks routine he suggested me. Thanks bro! My biceps looked enormous after that super circuit or w/e you want to call it. I will have to measure them before and after the exercise next time like you said you have done lol. It was even better than last weeks arm day. I pushed myself so hard. It's absolutely amazing the feeling in my biceps!
 
Ok so I haven't updated this in about two weeks but. Here I am the end of week 3. And I haven't gained any weight at all. Also I haven't been feeling to great honestly. I have been feeling weaker and a little hard a breathing when working out. I think BP may be high. I'm thinking of stopping now and starting pct. I would like to start cutting anyhow before I gain too much fat. I did gain a total of 7lbs in the first two weeks.
