Before bed or after waking up....

after leg day i will try to actually walk on the treadmill at my house the night of the workout and then the next morning and stretch. I actually think walking after leg day loosens up the muscles and dosent make them as sore and tight.
 
After a solid arm or shoulder workout brushing my teeth and showering are extra workouts.
 
Thanks everyone. I have been doing pull ups with son, he's 6. I help him out, but he tries really hard.

Good example for him. My 9 year old still asks me to flex all the time so she can do a pullup on my bicep. lol
