Help me get huge for the summer! So finally finishing up school and a poor diet (because cafeteria food blows) which dropped me down to about 220lbs (from 250 last summer) and while im stronger, a little faster and looking bigger. Im looking to get much stronger this summer while putting on maybe 10-15lbs max!! The goal is to start end/middle of may and looking to make 8 week bridged runs until about september/october. After that Ill be getting into my senior season of track and field (collegiate) so I need to make sure im in peak condition once the weights start tapering down.. Currently the only supplements im running are a mix of Alphamax Perform (By AI Sports nutrition) and slin sane among pre workouts post workouts etc. so far on a list of things, this is what I have down to run with a time table:

Starting May 18th-July 6th (8 weeks)
2x Bottles Follidrone
1x Bottle of Viron


July 6th-August 24th

2x Bottles of X-Gels
2x Tubs Ergonine (or the individual components to add to X-Gels)


Starting July 27th-Sept 14th
2xBottles AlphaMax

So thats my 24 weeks thus far.. however Id like to add some other stuff into the mix, whether its supplementary little things or bigger items. Please feel free to pimp your ideas! I have practice now but will be on later to discuss things :D I did run OG anabeta last year with my summer run but this year it looks to be a bit to expensive,so what else should I add in! Not looking to run PH's yet though...
Also I will be logging the entire summer on here continuously for you guys!!
 
What are the goals as you move through the stack? Looks like your going from a bulk to a recomp to possibly trying to cut at the end? Obviously those will depend on caloric intake but supps can def. be a major aid. So whats the goals with each phase?
 
You could add soy lecithin granules for a cheap source of phosphatidic acid which people have had some success with, ergonine is a good staple supplement to add and personally I am a fan of amentoflavone but people have varying degrees of opinions on that one so good luck with what you decide to run and reaching your goals.

Whole goal overall is to get as strong as possible and add some lean mass. IM just not stacking everything together for money purposes and would like to see what each does to my body :D Caloric goal will probably be 3500 in june 4k in july 4500 in august while im at school for most of may and then september Ill just be eating to maintain or whatever I can get my hands on. probs around 300g protein 400 g carbs 100g fats with occasionally more carbs and protein but no more than 100g fats. most coming from peanut butter avocado etc

Yeah ive hear good things about phosphatidic acid, not entirely sure of the hype with that though.. Amentoflavone is great for bloodflow and such ive heard but nothing as far as muscle gains unless i read studies wrong.

You're buying the the hype surrounding epicatechin but not PA even though the studies show it can be beneficial for strength and hypertrophy in trained individuals? To each their own I guess.

This your first time running X-Gels? I assume you are doing 1g every workout day?
this will be my 2nd 50 day cycle. :) ran it at 1g 4x wk on workout days for 50 days last summer

Are you going to run ArA higher this time?
 
I experienced some pretty strong DOMS at 1g but were gonna consider giving 1.5g a go, Its just hard to run it for 50 days at 1.5g.. also tough to get 3 bottles for under $100

There is no hype. It works and it works possibly even better than ArA for some and definitely better than anything else on your list. All you have to do is find the right dose, which can be cheaply accomplished with soy lecithin and does not have to cycled like ArA.

link to studies? place to purchase it? I wasnt downing it by any measure before people start getting mad at me for saying I need to read up. It was more/less because of the positives/negatives ive heard form people taking KING by cutlers product line.

BUMPING anything else I can or should add besides PA? Obviously ill have the staples like creatine and a pre workout protein powder etc.

I have not tried ArA and i know many people who really love it. It works and understanding how it works it is one of the best natural products you can find.

I have been using PA since April and i can deff say PA is AMAZING!

The good thing is, you can buy Soy Lecithin Granules such as Fearn , Optima etc. 2 tablespoons gives u 1.2g PA and other phospholipids which are beneficial.

For me 750mg was ok. (The dose used in studies) but increasing the dosage worked much better!
Now i am at 3g of PA and it works amazing.

-more strength
-more size
-musclefullness
-weightgain without eating more
-pumps
Increased appetite


Dr wilson (one of guys who ran the study on PA ) said taking more would be more beneficial and its not toxic or does not have any sides. No reason to buy PA product. Just go for the soy lecithin granules. Its cheao, getting much more PA daily and has other phospholipids which are good.

Run ArA or PA first, then run the other, then you can stack it together .
That way you will know what worked best for you.

But i bet PA and ArA is a damn good combo and they both works different



I just buy Fearn Soy Lecithin from vitacost. I tried the first version of King and it worked once I double-dosed so I know I need to take more. Most others who have run more than the 750mg per day in the study concur.

Once it kicks in you won't bother adding anything else :)
 
thanks man! so cheapest place to buy it then or I guess the place to buy it thats either the purest or the best form? is fearn soy lecithin the same as other soy lecithin?
 
Fearn is the brand. Not the best but the amount of PA is listed and a bit higher than the typical 4-7%. The place I buy from is in my post above :)
