I actually forgot to take before pics lol so these are after but either way... I lost some decent body fat!

Thanks for the kind words... Like I said before, I try to be as detailed as possible as I feel that's what a company deserves, especially after trusting me to log something for them.
 
Good stuff and a great log. Seems like you got some great results. I am giving this a shot for a few months. Probly two months to start. With the discount its incredibly cheap and the ingredients look very good.

Does anyone know how much caffiene is in the AM

I guess i just figured that the guarana had caffiene... But yea i agree i was shocked when i saw that as well. I got the bottle in my hands and looked at it and was real happy. I wanna stack the two ams with two caps psyched for a cardio session leading into weights lol
 
The AM TNT is not stim free but it does work great.
As a dietary supplement, guarana is an effective stimulant: its seeds contain about twice the concentration of caffeine found in coffee seeds (about 2–4.5% caffeine in guarana seeds compared to 1–2% for coffee seeds).
