Got my blood work results back. Good and bad news.

The good
I'm healthy as hell. Liver, kidney, rbc, ect. All perfect and below range. Couldn't be happier with that.

The bad
My test is JUNK ABSOLUTE JUNK. I know the guy who makes this stuff personally. After front loading 1000mg and doing 250mg the day before the bw my results were 1890. Keep in mind I did 500mg for two weeks of another brand and 250mg of this guys every week before. This is around peak values too. On 200mg pharma test my levels came back 1500+ 7 days after the shot. E2 was also 100. No wonder I have jacked up cholesterol and bp. My ai is junk too. Awesome.
 
That sucks you blew the money but I'd take healthy everything over not-so-high-test any day of the week.

Getting a refund also. So not a total loss ATM. He wasn't happy with the results. But so would I. This just means my diet, recovery methods, and programming are even better then I thought.

Great day. Gonna do some conditioning tomorrow. I was beat from bad sleep and the squats/pulls so no conditioning tonight.

I raised my goals based on how easy my overload and 90%x3x1 weeks were. I will take videos when I can and adjust my goals slightly based on needs.

I picked spoto presses as my main bench movement to help with tightness at the bottom which I lack on the big weights. This is the most specific to my needs atm. Not seeing much from speed work atm. I will need to push that work capacity up in the offseason next time to be able to have 3 bench variations per week.

I picked the ssb squat as my main squat variation to give my shoulders a break and bc it addresses my biggest issue in the squat atm. I hit the whole coming forward sometimes if im not pressing against my belt right. This bar will make this worse so that aspect of the squat will have to be my biggest issue. This will be wrapless and I may even pause it for the full effect. Ill see what I like this week with it.

I picked block pulls due to my legs/hips not having the strength to hold my positioning off the floor. I picked this up from dan green. He states that you will learn to use leg press, pull with the hips, and lift more weight. The only thing holding you back off the floor once you pull it off a block is creating enough force to break it. Also I can lift more weight with it and itll be less taxing overall.

I also have a ohp/assistance day. I didnt mention it bc it doesnt really matter atm.

Other assistance work.

Bench: tbar rows, pushdowns, pullaparts, hammer curls
Squat: sldl, bss, abs wheel
Press: pullups, rows, db presses, jm press, side raises
Deadlift: unilateral adductor leg press, banded abduction, weighted planks

After I deload bench i may switch ohp and bench days so my last bench will fall 8 days before the meet instead of 11.

Tips welcome.
 
Looks like you've got everything squared away, man. I like the bench being 8 days out instead of 11 too.

Only thing I'd say is I don't think it'd hurt to be a little more aggressive with the slingshot (i.e. work up to 102.5% or something). Other than that I got nothin'

That would have my last heavy bench 8 days out, squat 10 days out, and deadlift 14 days out.

I will probably change the slingshot/reverse band to 97.5-100% like the block pulls. It will depend on how I feel after the overreach.

Notes: made to big of a jump from 275 to 320 on the first set. Was rough. The second two sets were much smoother and better. I was surprised how good at the spoto presses I was. The cg was just BC I wanted a little more volume but not to stress my back or legs. Pretty hard. The rest moved super fast. Decent day overall. Decreasing stim intake as the meet approaches and not relying on music either.
 
So some things on hormones. Based in the bw I currently don't have test, well I have a little of some that's OK. So while I put money together for an order and bw I'll using what I got. Current plan is 175mg trest ace a week, 200mg TD form a day, and 125mg test PW. This is all the legit product I have ATM. So for no sleep or bp issues from the trest. I'm gonna assume my high e2 had a role in my anxiety, sleep, and bp sides. The 200mg TD form seems aggressive to me but I'm trying to get my e2 in line asap then I'll scale back as needed. So far gyno has gotten drastically better, same with libido too, I'm pretty tired but I can't blame that on low/high ATM, no joint issues, and still stupid pumps. So far everything seems to be getting better. I was hoping to not have had to do this but I'm happy I had some legit stuff on hand. I have some suggestions on am rc to use for a is and source I've used before with good success. Hoping bw will confirm both are legit after the meet as well.

Notes: today was not my day for squats. Was really struggling then on the last triple it clicked and I smashed it. Thank god. I played with front squats but using the squat bar sucks with them. I was trying to not change the bar to save time. The high bar loose belt pauses came to mind and addressed the exact issues I'm having. Then sldl for volume on the PC. Leg ext to get blood around the knee which has been bothering me. I guess I wasn't quite ready for this squat form structure wise. I made the changes I needed today and I'll keep them going forward. Thanks to hjh for wrapping and encouraging me to do the last set.
 
I wish we recorded that last set of 485 because it looked like speed work. I guess you were too fatigued to notice, but people were looking at you after like "**** did he just do that?".

Lol I didn't notice any of that tbh. I know it moved well but I didn't realize it moved that well. Rich came up to me and asked if I had been sandbagging you guys the whole time lol. Just goes to show how important form is.

The rest of the day went great. Made changes as it went and got the main work in I wanted.
 
Have you ever pinned Trest Ace? From what I've read from all the guys using it on here sounds like you gotta really fight the aromitization. Fueledpassion has a useful log and he pretty much figured out that splitting up his Form dose 12 hours apart like clockwork was the only way he could keep things under control. Some other guys were using Ralox, and Clomid, and Letro to stay on top of it. So be vigilant w/ your already high levels. Insomnia I believe was mainly the Trest Dec guys, and it only worsened as the levels built. Ace clears in time to sleep I guess.

But they all loved the Ace, much more than Dec, and people got strong as sh!t on it. 575 is def on the table.

This is my third go with the ace. First two were unsuccessful due to various reasons.

My dose is moderate. 175mg a week of ace ATM. Still doing 200mg of form a day. I can tell it won't be enough so I got some adex from ar-r coming to try. I've been pinning it at night ATM just due to scheduling and no sleep issues ATM. Also have ralox on the way just in case.

I'm gonna guess the Dec also played a role in my sleep issues. I'll save it for another low dose trial alone at some point to see.

I'm hoping I see some decent strength from it. I may add dbold 4 weeks out. I have dbol too but I feel the estrogen control would be stupid on that combo.

It is the most estrogenic steroid apparently. BTW you ever considered using prop over c/e? Not as anabolic but less estrogen too.

I have. I believe it was talked about in that article we discussed before. Would only use it when blasting though, as I am getting tired of being a pincushion already.

I agree with this. I hate ed to EOD pins. And I did a long stint of EOD prop at one point. Sucked bad after a little while.

Dimethazine @45-60mg/day. Dry and will yield stupid strength as long as you're getting the carbs to fuel the enhanced glycogen loading. All the waterweight is glycogen, incredible pumps, enhanced fatloss, POWER. Backpumps/cramps aren't any worse than anything else. And it's still all over the place from before the ban.

Damn, ralox, clomid and letro.... Holy aromatization!

It's methyl nandrolone that aromatizes to methylated estradiol lol....tricky stuff

PM'd. DMZ isn't better; it's just a dry alternative that most definitely produces similar power increases (and it's still floating around in sealed bottles everywhere).

Everyone reacts differently, but I wasn't too impressed with the strength gains though. Obviously, a lot of people say differently, because it depends upon the individual, but I undoubtedly noticed better strength gains from dbol and adrol.

This is my experience with DMZ. Strength is ok, nothing mind blowing. But holy damn do I blow up. And yeah, plenty dry. I was up 10-12lbs and I swear to you I looked leaner.

Based off my experiences alone, I would easily recommend it for bodybuilding.

I always get good strength gains off of epistane. One of my favorites. It treats me well. I like it no higher than 50 personally. 60 it stopped treating me well.
 
Notes: I hate trest. Tired, lethragic, bloated, gyno, and no libido. Feels like I'm on estrogen+30mg SD lol. I also haven't been using dermacrine lately. I think my insomnia was linked to it originally. I sleep like a baby since stopping it and just want more and more. I read TD dhea raised estrogen by 300% in men. Seeing as I'm having estrogen issues I really didn't want to battle this too. But it also lowered endogenous dhea production. So now I gotta wait for my body to bounce back on that too. I love the energy from preg but I deff keeps me up at night. Hoping after the meet I'll be in a much better place hormonally. Thank god I'm single atm.

I may switch the volume loading of the cat work in the reverse manner so as my percents increase I have less sets to do. That is the only thing I'm on the fence about ATM.

Thoughts?

The spoto variation is where the first rep is a spoto press and the second in full range, both paused.

The .5/1 rep variation is a half rep out of the whole then back in the whole then fire out as hard as I can. Help reinforce my positioning, pressure on belt, and control of the lift.
 
I struggle to eat on any orals lol - that's what pizza, fastfood and ice cream are for, plus protein shakes. Picking up caloric slack on orals. When I'm hungry (like today) I'm loving my egg whites & oats w/ blueberries preWO. I'm 2 weeks from a meet it's a protein shake pre-gym and a frozen pizza after *srs*.

I'm just Joe Sh*t here, but the entire point of a CAT squat is absolute force generation possible while maintaining form and positioning, regardless of bar weight (and typically with a % you should be able to move violently, like 70% as noted). But the redirection (twice) is going to eliminate a lot of that force. I'm not saying it's not worthwhile, but you're not really going to achieve the same barspeed as a traditional CAT squat. Last 2-3 weeks you may wanna consider traditional CAT and really drive your barspeed and comp technique.

60mg of Epi makes me pretty strong - perfect if you don't wanna really gain weight (and as a bone-dry dht derivative perfect with Trest). 75 just kind of added to the lethargy (which always blows on epi); 60 is the point of diminishing returns.

Preg will keep you up if you use it every day, but that's why you don't. I pulse it as needed and it's perfect. You run it continually and you'll be wide awake at 4am still with a boner that would put a viagra overdose to shame.

DMZ WILL shred you, if you let. Works as well or better for cutting as gaining. But 60mg will add some horsepower, no doubt. I ran 45 w/ 90-120mg of Dianadrol and I had to eat fast food every day to add any weight. Dry as a bone, getting stronger weekly, and all it wanted me to do was get cut.

Never had eating issues on any oral but Celtic dbold. Everything else I can eat as I plan to no problem. SD actually makes it easier for me to eat, same with epi.

Good notes. I'll change both extra sessions to strict cat work to really drive home technique and just make sure to be tight and do each rep with purpose.

Epi treats me great, libido I'd good, no hair loss, no bp spike, min effect on cholesterol, no lethargy, no gyno, and never had joint pain either. I can run it without test and not skip a beat honestly. Fav oral next to dbol. To bad its banned.

Yeah preg deff helps with bonars but again. I can't afford to be awake 24/7 lol. Thanks for all the insight man. Helped a ton.

Good idea here! I'm with you, Lou. If I ever find a hormonal product that doesn't make me gain weight like crazy, I'll eat my hat.
 
Well, I didn't shred because I was putting down cheeseburgers like it was my job. It's all in what you do with the drugs. I just wanted to get hyooge lol

I've no idea where, but I've heard some UGLs carry epi now too.

I always enjoy discussing compounds - I was one of those kids that learned how to dose AIs before I ever learned how to squat to depth. Ugh.
