8 hour arm workout! Rich piana

So I'm doing the 8 hour arm workout again Saturday. Doing
Dumbbell skull crushers 6x12
Dumbbell hammer curls 6x12
Barbell curls 6x10
Rope push downs 6x10
Over and over and over for 8 hours!! Can you do it?
Another challenge rich had which I did yesterday was the 100% club
Bench press your body weight 10 sets till failure
Incline drop set bench till 100 reps
STRICKED cable flys 6x10
Weighted dips 10x till failure
Damn good pump! Comment if you can do it or how far you got and post results!
 
I'm lucky to get a full hour in to lift, 8 is definitely not in the cards, lol
 
Waste of time IMO. Rich Piana is the perfect example of broscience. Everybody wants advice from him because he is huge. Even though he doesn't know the basics of kinesiology and why would you do all that upper body work and no lower body work. It's not functional.
 
Legs was today, it was 6 plate drop set down to the bar and same with the leg press from 8 plates and then calves
 
8 hours?!

Exercise can only breakdown muscle so much in one session. Only so much remodelling can occur after exercise.

8hours is far far far too mich. Besides, do people not work, have family, other hobbies that time cpuld better be spent on?
 
Exactly i've heard you should workout for more than an hour and a half at one time.
 
go big or go home. superset all the workouts for 24 hours straight
 
Ok so richs workout requires a protein shake in between each workout. Eight total. So its workout eat workout eat etc. Also he requires no workout for two days before or after this session... Interested in how it treats you bro
 
Iv done it once before I didn't take the 2 days off before or after I didn't need to it really didn't make me sore really it was for the rest of the day but woke up feeling swollen but that's all

Oo ok. Idk bro thats kind of rediculous imo. Did you drink all the shakes in between?
 
I drank chocolate milk honestly. I couldn't afford the 16 shakes. And workout 30 mins rest 30 mins drink a serving of chocolate milk then lift 30 mins and repeat till it's been 8 hours it's really great pump it's really not as tiring as it sounds really not
 
This reminds me of the old saying never ask a bird how to fly.
