Gonna pick up the caps my schedule is too inconsistent for TD gonna start it up May 1st with ursolic acid , forskolin and epitome so my results may be slightly skewed but I'm impatient and may is crunch time.. Sitting at 11% BF and wanna be sub 10 by MDW.

Yeah, I hear it's fine. I've never used Ara. I just think using two bottles simultaneously would be sweet
 
so what would be a better run? two bottles of oral epi or one bottle of oral and one bottle of transdermal? decisions, decisions....

You don't need to cycle it so you can run it for as long as you can afford to. Once you start I don't think you'll want to come off. May experience some withdrawal lol.
 
2 questions:

1) should this be dosed at 2 caps on cardio only days?
2) i don't eat breakfast (IF protocol) so when should I take on rest days? First meal? Or first thing in am?

No max quantity limit as far as I know. And again, there will be limited stock, so don't hesitate to pull the trigger if you want to get in on the ground floor.
 
At recommended doses how long would a bottle get me of oral & TD?
I'm considering adding this to my
epi/tren PCT that I'm beginning to assemble.
 
Theres no price discount for intro?

I did oral and TD. TD am and oral pm preworkout. I would get one of each.

Can't really say anything about the new Ep1c since the writeup didn't really tell me too much, but the older epicatechin formulas (Follidrone/Ep1c) gave me noticeable results.
