So after a few different threads on there and gathering information from everyone here is my complete plan:
Gear:
Test Cyp wk 1-16
Tren wk 1-6
Winstrol wk 6-16
Anastrozol - On hand
Nolva - 2 weeks after last pin
HCG - PCT with Nolva
Workout:
Monday - Legs
Tuesday - Shoulders
Wednesday - Chest+Tris
Thursday - Back+Bis
Friday - Calves,Abs
Saturday - Arms
Sunday - Chest day 2 (chest is lacking)
Diet: Using I.F to ensure I can properly get my meals in due to work schedule.
Monday: Low carb
Tuesday: Low Carb
Wednesday: Low carb
Thursday: Refeed (Moderate Carb)
FridayL Low Carb
Saturday: Low Carb
Sunday: Refeed (High Carb)
Goals by the end of this cycle are to be around 7-9% BF and around 215lbs
