Ok so I took the advice I received last time, which was to lose 8-10% body fat before I started on anything more that a fat burner and diet. So I took the last month and ran 50-75-100-100 clen. I am down 11% body fat and am currently weighing around 228 lbs. I am now at about 13-15% bf and am looking to cut a bit more while increasing body mass. I have started a test cyp / winstrol cycle, and am doing 500/wk / 50ed respectively. I will be ending with nolva 2 weeks after my last pin and hcg and have arimadex on hand just in case. Should I add anything to my current cycle to make it more effective? Mast? more clen? tren? Just looking for advice here.
